Abstract
洗涤液盒,在贮液室旁固定唧筒,壳体上铰接拉板,拉板一面贴紧唧筒活塞的尾端,唧筒前端有进液单向阀与贮液室相通,有出液单向阀与出液嘴相通。该洗涤液盒适于装入各种日用洗涤液,使用时拨动拉板,拉板推动活塞将唧筒中的洗液挤出,出液顺畅,使用方便。
Description
本实用新型涉及贮放并可方便取用洗涤液的容器。
日用的各种洗涤液，如洗洁精、沐浴液、洗发液等均用瓶装。使用时须旋开瓶盖倒出洗涤液，很不方便。尤其当洗涤液的粘性较大且瓶中剩余洗涤液较少时，很难将洗涤液倒出。
本实用新型之目的是给出一种可方便取用洗涤液的容器。
本实用新型所述的洗涤液盒，有贮液室，贮液室旁固定唧筒，唧筒内的活塞抵住复位弹簧，壳体上铰接一个拉板，拉板贴紧活塞的尾端。唧筒前端通过进液单向阀与贮液室相通、通过出液单向阀与出液嘴相通。
所述的洗涤液盒的后壁可固定在墙上，使用时向前拨动拉板，拉板推动活塞前移，唧筒内压力增大，将进液单向阀关闭、出液单向阀打开，挤出唧筒内的洗涤液。当放开拉板，复位弹簧使活塞复位，唧筒内压力降低，出液单向阀关闭，进液单向阀打开，贮液室的洗涤液补入唧筒内待下次使用。所述的洗涤液盒适于贮放各类洗涤液，若贮放沐浴液或洗发液，使用时，手指勾住拉板，洗液即可流到手掌上。若贮放洗碗液，使用时用碗边勾住拉板，洗液即流入碗中，出液顺利，使用非常方便。

唧筒10固定在贮液盒2之下，唧筒内有活塞12抵住复位弹簧11，壳体后壁铰接拉板13，且拉板的一面贴紧活塞12尾端，唧筒10前端通贮液室2的进液单向阀3有一个阀座5压住一个阀芯4，阀芯4是一个阀板中间有一导杆，导杆贯穿阀座5的通孔可使阀芯4沿阀座孔轴线方向移动，当唧筒10内压力增大，阀芯4上移堵塞阀座5的通孔即关闭，当唧筒10内压力下降，阀芯4下移，打开阀座的通孔。唧筒10前端通出液嘴9的出液单向阀6是有一个锥阀芯7压在唧筒壁的通孔处，锥阀芯7和出液嘴9之间置一压簧8保证该阀处于常闭状态，当唧筒10内压力增大，以压力推开锥阀芯。进液单向阀3和出液单向阀6均为先有技术。贮液室2顶面铰接翻板1作为盖，打开盖可注入洗涤液。

1、洗涤液盒，有贮液室(2)，其特征在于，贮液室(2)旁固定唧筒(10)，唧筒(10)内的活塞(12)抵住复位弹簧(11)，壳体后壁铰接一个拉板(13)，拉板一面贴紧活塞(12)尾端，唧筒(10)前端通过一个进液单向阀(3)与贮液室(2)相通，通过一个出液单向阀(6)与出液嘴(9)相通。
2、按权利要求1所述的洗涤液盒，其特征在于，进液单向阀(3)有一个阀座(5)压住一个阀芯(4)，阀芯(4)是一个阀板中间有一导杆。
