Abstract

一种人工全髋关节防松动型髋臼,在臼碗上具有两个带有若干螺孔的钢板和一个可调节的钩杆,使得臼碗与骨盆壁通过多个连接点达到牢固连接,在臼碗和臼面的连接处是通过臼齿咬合后再用螺钉固定,保证了人工全髋关节的牢固连接,大大提高了人工全髋关节的使用寿命,解除了使用人工全髋关节病人的痛苦和后顾之忧。

Description

人工全髋关节防松动型髋臼
本实用新型是人工全髋关节防松动型髋臼,属于医疗用品。
对髋关节损伤的患者,必须进行手术,换上人工髋关节,人工髋关节由臼碗和关节臼面组成,以往常用的髋臼中骨盆与臼碗的连接和臼碗与臼面的连接方式有二二种,其中一种连接方式是用螺丝钉通过臼碗壁上的3个孔固定到骨盆上,关节臼面靠顶部的小螺杆和臼碗相连接,这种连接方式,由于作用力范围小,在较长时间的活动和负重过程中,容易产生人工关节松动,使病人感觉疼痛和功能受限;另一种连接方式是用骨水泥将臼碗与关节臼面和臼碗与骨盆粘合连接,此种连接开始比较牢固,但是由于骨水泥有慢性刺激作用,时间稍长就会在接触面部分产生骨质疏松,引起人工髋臼松动,使病人疼痛,致使人工关节病废,根据现有技术中存在的缺点,本发明人经过多年的研究试验,创造出本实用新型的设计方案
本实用新型的目的在于制造一种人工全髋关节防松动型髋臼。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下的技术方案实现的:
一种人工全髋关节防松动型髋臼,主要由臼碗和臼面组成,其特征在于:臼碗上方有两个带若于螺孔的角状钢板,臼碗的下方具有带钩子的可调节的螺杆,通过螺钉将角状钢板固定在所述髋臼上方的骨盆壁上,所述螺杆上的钩子钩紧在闭孔部骨骼上;所述臼碗和臼面互相连接的边缘处都具有间隔相等、形状相同的臼齿和臼齿槽,同时将所述臼面的臼面卤对准所述臼碗槽,再旋转所述臼面,使所述臼面齿与臼碗卤形成卤状咬合,此时所述臼面和臼碗上的螺孔对正,通过螺钉将所述臼面和臼碗牢固连接在一起。
本实用新型具有设计科学精巧,固定连接面积较大,结合牢固,达到防止松动和耐用的目的。

参阅图1和图2为本实用新型的臼碗示意图和A-A剖视图,臼碗1的上方有2个角状的钢板2,下方有一个可调节的螺杆3,角状钢板2上有若干个螺孔5,通过螺钉6,将臼碗1与病人的骨盆壁固定;可调节长短的螺杆3上具有钩子4,其钩子4螺紧在螺杆3的适当位置,再钩紧在闭孔部骨骼上,如此连接,使臼碗与病人骨骼的连接为多处施力点,达到固定牢靠的连接,克服了以往常用的臼碗与骨盆仅通过臼碗壁上3个固定孔8固定到骨盆上,因接触点少容易造成松脱的缺点。其臼碗齿9、臼碗齿槽10、螺孔12和插杆孔7是为与臼面13连接所设。
参阅图3和图4,为本实用新型的臼面示意图和A-A剖视图,用高分子材料做成的关节臼面13,加工成外缘倒角14和内缘倒角15,上方对应螺孔12设有螺孔22,中心外部具有插杆16,外缘17的后部均匀间隔排列齿状的臼面齿18和臼面齿槽19,其齿状与间隔大小完全与臼碗齿9和臼碗齿槽10相对应,该臼面13与臼碗1的连接方式是,将插杆16对准插杆孔7,臼面齿18对准臼碗齿槽10,再旋转臼面13,使臼面齿18与臼碗齿9相对咬合,用螺钉11,穿入螺钉孔22和12,将臼面与臼碗牢固的固定连接在一起。
综上所述,本实用新型所设计的人工全髋关节的髋臼,完全解决了臼碗与病人骨骼的牢固连接和臼碗与臼面的牢固连接,不会产生松脱现象,保证了人工全髋关节的使用寿命,解除了使用人工全髋关节病人的痛苦和后顾之优。

1.一种人工全髋关节防松动型髋臼,主要由臼碗和臼面组成,其特征在于:臼碗上方有两个带若干螺孔的角状钢板,臼碗的下方具有带钩子的可调节的螺杆,通过螺钉将角状钢板固定在所述髋臼上方的骨盆壁上,所述螺杆上的钩子钩紧在闭孔部骨骼上;所述臼碗和臼面互相连接的边缘处都具有间隔相等、形状相同的臼齿和臼齿槽,将所述臼面的臼面齿对准所述臼碗槽,再旋转所述臼面,使所述臼面齿与臼碗齿形成齿状咬合,此时所述臼面和臼碗上的螺孔对正,通过螺钉将所述臼面和臼碗牢固连接在一起。
