Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型仿生全髋人工关节,包 括髋臼、髋臼壳、球头、假体颈、关节柄,在关节柄表面 设有纵向沟槽和横向齿槽,在髋臼壳表面设有自攻阳 螺纹,关节柄设计成S形曲线,与股骨髓腔的生理结 构形状吻合。本实用新型增大了关节柄的表面积,并 使之易于植入和固定在骨髓腔中,保证假体长期牢固 地固定在人体上,并且植入手术十分方便。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种新型仿生全髋人工关节,属于假肢体,特别是对人体髋关节的人造取代物类。
现在临床应用的全髋人工关节,常采用骨水泥固定,即向骨髓腔中填充骨水泥,然后将人工假肢体插入髓腔中,等到骨水泥凝固后即将假肢固定了。这种固定方式在经过一段时间之后常会出现因骨水泥老化而松动的情形,给病者带来很大痛苦。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型仿生全髋人工关节,可代替人体髋关节,长期牢固地固定在人体上,具有较高的抗扭转能力,并且植入手术很方便。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式达到的:一种新型仿生全髋人工关节,包括髋臼壳、髋臼、球头、假体颈、关节柄,球头通过假体颈与植入人体骨髓腔的关节柄联为一体。在关节柄表面设有若干纵向沟槽,该沟槽深1-5毫米,在该纵向沟槽的旁侧还设有横向排列的齿槽。
本实用新型的目的还可以如下方式达到:在所述的髋臼壳外侧设有自攻阳螺纹,以便在手术过程中可用器械将它直接旋入人体髋臼之内。上述自攻阳螺纹最好采用双头大螺距的螺纹。
为了改善假肢体的受力状况,使关节柄的形状与股骨髋腔相吻合,所述的关节柄可以仿照人体股骨髓腔的实际形状设计成S形曲线。
所述的假体颈相对于关节柄最好有一与人体关节生理结构符合的前倾角,以使载荷传递更加合理。
所述的假体颈和球头最好采用带锥度的紧配合,即在假体颈上端略有锥度,在球头上相应设一有锥度的孔,稍用力即可将假体颈的锥头压入球头的锥孔之内,实现紧配合。在假体颈下端还可以设一凸出的肩台,该肩台可置于股骨断端上面,防止关节柄下沉。
所述的髋臼最好是超半球形壳,以保证设在髋臼内的球头稳定的转动,不致脱落。
本实用新型比较现有技术具有如下优点:
1.在关节柄表面设有纵向沟槽和横向齿槽,增大了关节柄的比面积,(即实际表面积与投影面积之比),可保证关节柄长期牢固地固定。所述的纵向沟槽还为手术中植入碎骨提供了方便,有利于骨骼组织在沟槽内生长,并可增强假体抗扭转能力;所述的横向齿槽可增加假体固定的稳定性,并可防止假体下沉,使荷载在假体上均匀分布。
2.在髋臼壳上设有自攻阳螺纹,在手术中可用器械直接旋入人体髋臼内,使人体骨骼的破坏达到最小程度,手术简便,固定牢固。
3.关节柄设计成符合人体股骨髓腔的S形曲线形状,使关节柄易于植入骨髓腔中,并牢固固定,并使荷载分布均匀,避免应力集中。
4.球头与假体颈采用带锥度的紧配合,使假体颈的长度可具有不同规格,以适合不同病人的需要。

本实用新型将结合附图作进一步描述如下:参照图1和图2。一种新型仿生全髋人工关节,包括髋臼壳(1)、髋臼(2)、球头(3)、假体颈(4)、关节柄(5),髋臼壳(1)是半球形壳体,可采用金属材料制造,在髋臼壳(1)外侧设有双头大螺距的自攻阳螺纹(8),可在手术中用器械直接旋入固定在人体髋臼内。髋臼(2)嵌在髋臼壳(1)内,与髋臼壳(1)紧配合,它是采用超高分子量聚乙烯制成的超半球壳。球头(3)设在髋臼(2)之内,球头(3)下部设有一带锥度的孔,假体颈(4)上端略有锥度,插入球头(3)的锥孔中实现二者的紧配合。假体颈(4)下端设有凸出的肩台(9),肩台(9)与关节柄(5)固接。在关节柄(5)表面设有纵向沟槽(6),在纵向沟槽(6)旁侧设有横向排列的齿槽(7),关节柄(5)的形状仿照人体股骨髓腔实际形状设计成S形曲线,配合参照图3,假体颈(4)相对关节柄(5)有一与人体生理结构相符合的前倾角θ。

Claims (8)

1、一种新型仿生全髋人工关节,包括髋臼壳(1)、髋臼(2)、球头(3)、假体颈(4)、关节柄(5),髋臼壳(1)是半球形壳体,与设在其内的髋臼(2)紧配合,球头(3)通过假体颈(4)与植入人体骨髓腔的关节柄(5)联为一体,其特征在于:在关节柄(5)表面设有若干纵向沟槽(6),其深度为1-5毫米,在纵向沟槽(6)的旁侧还设有横向排列的齿槽(7)。
2、按权利要求1所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:在髋臼壳(1)外侧设有自攻阳螺纹(8)。
3、按权利要求2所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:自攻阳螺纹(8)采用双头大螺距螺纹。
4、按权利要求3所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:关节柄(5)的形状仿照人体股骨髓腔实际形状设计成S形曲线。
5、按权利要求4所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:假体颈(4)相对关节柄(5)有一与人体关节生理结构相符合的前倾角θ。
6、按权利要求5所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:假体颈(4)上端头略有锥度,在球头(3)上相应设一有锥度的孔,假体颈(4)和球头(3)实现有锥度的紧配合。
7、按权利要求6所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:假体颈(4)的下端设一凸出的肩台(9)。
8、按权利要求7所述的新型仿生全髋人工关节,其特征在于:髋臼(2)为超半球形壳。
