可燃气体炉灶节能器
本实用新型涉及一种在液化气、煤气等可燃气体炉灶上使用的节能器。
目前国内普遍使用的液化气、煤气等可燃气体炉灶上没有保温装置,火焰得不到充分利用,造成热量散失、能源浪费。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,从而提供一种节能、保温、结构合理、美观适用的可燃气体炉灶节能器。该节能器适用于液化气、煤气等可燃性气体炉及电炉上使用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种可燃气体炉灶节能器,它包括多圈多孔加热带(1)和外部保温带(2),多孔加热带(1)的直径由内到外逐圈增大,两圈之间通过插销(3)或铆焊连接,外部设置一圈无孔保温带(2)。
本实用新型由于采用多孔加热带外设置保温带的结构,使节能器产生涡流反射夺氧燃烧,从而提高节能器内温度,节能效果显著,大约节能25-40%,比以前节省时间25-40%,该产品结构合理、经久耐用,还可用作炉支架,使用时只将该节能器放在现有炉灶上即可,它可适用于不同型号的炊具使用,特别是使用炒勺时,火焰利用率更高,火力集中且不跑温,勺把不烫手,停火后还能保持2分钟燃烧温度。

本实用新型由三圈多孔金属加热带1和外圈保温带2组成,多孔加热带上均匀分布小孔,直径由内到外逐圈增大,两圈之间通过插销3或铆焊连接,外部一圈无孔,为保温带2。使用时将可燃气体炉灶节能器放在普通炉具上面,再将炊具放在节能器上即可。
