Abstract
一种行李箱拉杆防撞护条,其特征在于:在行李箱的背后布面上车缝两列防撞护条,位于拉杆的对应位置上,防撞护条由PVC塑胶材质射压成型,防撞护条两侧均为平坦的车缝面,可供缝制固定于行李箱的背后布面上,防撞护条中间则呈圆弧状的突隆体,其内部制成镂空状,具有适当的弹复及缓冲作用。防撞护条可减少行李箱的拉杆在托运过程中受外力撞击而发生弯曲变形,同时可避免行李箱背后的布面在上、下楼梯时被磨损。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种行李箱拉杆防撞护条，尤指在行李箱背后的布面适当位置处车缝设置两列防撞护条，同时令该防撞护条刚好位于拉杆的对应处，而该防撞护条的两侧为车缝面，中间则为突隆体，而该突隆体内部呈镂空状，具有弹复及防撞功能，藉以保护布面避免磨损，又可减缓拉杆遭受冲击断裂。
习用的行李箱，其构造一般都是由布面所裁缝车制而成的箱体，同时配合在行李箱的里面底部设置一组拉杆，使用者可以伸出拉杆，以方便推送托运行李箱；惟就上述习用行李箱的构造而言，其中行李箱背后的布面在托运过程中很容易接触到地面(尤其在上、下楼梯的时候)，导致行李箱背后的布面经常遭受到严重的磨损，同时行李箱内部后方的拉杆，在遭受外力冲击时亦会产生弯曲或断裂的危险，所以如何解决这一问题以提高行李箱的正常使用寿命，实在是业者面对的课题。
因此，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种行李箱拉杆防撞护条，它能有效保护行李箱的背后布面，并具有防止拉杆撞击断裂的效能。
根据本实用新型的行李箱拉杆防撞护条，其特征在于：在行李箱背后的布面上缝制两列防撞护条，令该两防撞护条恰位于拉杆的外表面上，该防撞护条是由PVC塑胶射压成型，防撞护条两侧设平坦的车缝面，防撞护条中间设圆弧状的突隆体，该突隆体内部呈镂空状，使突隆体具有适当的弹复作用。
由于本实用新型的防撞护条为PVC塑胶材质，中间突出呈圆弧状的突隆体，突隆体内部呈镂空状，令该突隆体本身具有适当的弹复作用及防撞功能，防撞护条车缝设置于行李箱背后的布面上，同时其位置刚好位于拉杆的后方，因此兼具保护布面和拉杆的功能，能达到预期的功能和效果。
为了深入了解本实用新型的构造内容及所能达成的功能效益，兹列举一具体实施例，并结合附图详细介绍说明如下。附图中：

一种行李箱拉杆防撞护条，请配合参阅图1所示：该图为本实用新型的立体分解图。其构造如下：行李箱10主要是由前、后、左、右的布面11所缝制而成，并在行李箱10内部装设一组拉杆12，做为托运行李箱10之用；其特征在于：该行李箱10后侧布面11对应于拉杆12位置处分别车缝设置一防撞护条20，其中：
防撞护条20，是由PVC塑胶材质所射压一体成型，然该防撞护条20两侧设平坦状的车缝面21，车缝固定于行李箱10背后布面11上，而该防撞护条20中间设圆弧状的突隆体22，突隆体22内部制成镂空状23，令该突隆体22本身具有适当的弹复作用。
藉由上述各元件构造所共同组合而成的本实用新型，提供了一种行李箱拉杆防撞护条，图2所示为本实用新型的断面组合图。在实际应用上，主要是利用防撞护条20其突隆体22内部的镂空状23提供适当的弹性作用，当行李箱10后方的拉杆12遭到外力冲击时，即可藉由防撞护条20产生适当的弹性变形，并且可以吸收撞击力量，避免拉杆20因为遭受直接撞击的关系，而造成拉杆20弯曲损坏。图3所示为本实用新型的实施示意图例。在实际使用上，当使用者在上、下楼梯或在托运行李箱10时，即可利用行李箱10背后布面11两侧的防撞护条20防止布面11在地面上拖行磨擦，达到有效保护行李箱10背后的布面11免于损坏的目的。
综上所述，本实用新型的行李箱拉杆防撞护条的确可以达到本实用新型所预期的功能效益，具有新颖性和创造性，诚已具备实用新型专利的条件，故依法提出申请。

1.一种行李箱拉杆防撞护条，其特征在于，在行李箱背后的布面上缝制两列防撞护条，令该两防撞护条恰位于拉杆的外表面上，该防撞护条是由PVC塑胶射压成型，防撞护条两侧设平坦的车缝面，防撞护条中间设圆弧状的突隆体，该突隆体内部呈镂空状，使突隆体具有适当的弹复作用。
