本实用新型涉及一种有特殊要求使用的焊接材料,复合特种电焊条。
目前,公知的特种电焊条是由合金材料溶炼、轧制的焊芯、涂药皮而成。但是在高温强烈摩擦的条件下焊接,难以达到理想的要求。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种有特殊要求用于耐高温、耐磨的复合特种电焊条。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在合金焊芯表面复合一层复合碳化物粉末,在复合焊芯上涂药皮,由于复合碳化物粉末不易溶炼、轧制,但有很好的耐高温和耐磨性。故能有效地提高焊条的性能。
