Abstract
一种有特殊要求使用的焊接材料。复合特种电焊条,它是由焊条焊芯上面复合一层复合碳化物。在复合碳化物上加药皮保护。使焊条达到高硬度、耐磨、不易氧化、焊时不飞溅、流动性好,实用于各种机械设备部件的防腐、耐磨、耐高温的堆焊。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种有特殊要求使用的焊接材料，复合特种电焊条。
目前，公知的特种电焊条是由合金材料溶炼、轧制的焊芯、涂药皮而成。但是在高温强烈摩擦的条件下焊接，难以达到理想的要求。
本实用新型的任务是提供一种有特殊要求用于耐高温、耐磨的复合特种电焊条。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：在合金焊芯表面复合一层复合碳化物粉末，在复合焊芯上涂药皮，由于复合碳化物粉末不易溶炼、轧制，但有很好的耐高温和耐磨性。故能有效地提高焊条的性能。
