Abstract

本实用新型公开一种摩托车手套,它利用摩托车上的低压电作为供电电源,并在保暖手套的夹层内设置电热丝,其特征是将电源由导线引至摩托车把手上,并在左右两个把手上分别形成一对电极,电热丝的两端由接电片引出至手套外层的手掌处,与摩托车上的一对电极对应设置,并通过驾驶员手握把手的不同位置,实现电热手套与摩托车低压电源的接通或断开。

本实用新型涉及一种冬季防寒用品,尤其是摩托车驾驶员使用的电热手套
冬天骑摩托车外出,寒冷最容易使手指受冻而麻木,甚至疼痛。尤其是在环境温度低于5℃时,无论戴什么棉皮手套都无济于事。这样,不仅影响手指的灵活性,而且还危及行车的安全性。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种摩托车专用电热手套,它可以直接使用摩托车低压电源,迅速对手部供热保暖。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它利用摩托车低压电源供电,将电源通过导线引至摩托车把手上,并在左右两个把手上分别形成一对电极;在保暖手套的夹层内设置电热丝,电热丝的两端由接电片引出至手套外层的手掌处,与摩托车把手上的一对电极对应设置,并通过驾驶员开车时手握把手的不同位置,实现电热手套与摩托车低压电源的接通或断开,从而达到手套发热供暖或断电停止供热的目的。
本实用新型不仅用摩托车的低压电源解决了驾驶员手指在冬季所需要的热量问题,而且实现了电热手套与电源线之间的无引线、无插头的电连接,既减少了电器元件,又操作极为简单方便,可以随时加热保温,且能和一般手套一样美观轻便灵活,使用安全可靠。它结构简单,成本低廉,制作容易,装拆维护均很方便。

下面结合附图和实施例详细描述本实用新型的具体结构。
参见图1-3,本实用新型的电源取自摩托车6伏或12伏低压电源,将电源导线缠绕至摩托车把手上,并在左右两个把手上分别形成一对电极1、2,电极1接6伏或12伏电压,电极2接搭铁线,在保暖手套3的夹层内设置绕有电热丝4的发热层5,电热丝4的两端焊有铜接头6,铜铆钉7由手套外层8的手掌处与铜接头6铆合,形成电热丝接电片9、10,接电片9、10应间隔一定距离,与把手上的一对电极1、2对应设置,从而使得手握把手时电极1和接电片9,电极2和接电片10能够配合接触,实现电连接而对手套加热保暖。反之,若改变手握把手的位置,亦可以使电极1和接电片9,或电极2和接电片10错开不接触而断电停止供热。

1、一种摩托车电热手套,它利用摩托车上的低压电作为供电电源,并在保暖手套的夹层内设置电热丝(4),其特征是将电源由导线引至摩托车把手上,并在左右两个把手上分别形成一对电极(1)、(2),电热丝(4)的两端由接电片(9)、(10)引出至手套外层的手掌处,与摩托车把手上的一对电极(1)、(2)对应设置,并通过驾驶员手握把手的不同位置,实现电热手套与摩托车低压电源的接通或断开。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电热手套,其特征是接电片(9)、(10)是由铜接头(6)和铜铆钉(7)铆合形成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的电热手套,其特征是摩托车把手上的一对电极(1)、(2),是由电极(1)接摩托车6伏或12伏电压,电极(2)接搭铁线形成。
