Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种消磁器,其特征是由两个磁性材料制成的块体,和可承装磁性体的槽型壳所组成;磁性块体一面上有半圆柱形沟,在半圆柱形沟一侧边有凸缘,另一侧边对应设一凹槽,二磁性块体相对嵌合时,其间形成管道;槽型壳之一内侧壁有凸缘,另一对应边有向上突出的扣部;扣部为二段式凹沟,使二槽型壳可调节扣合的深度而成一体。本实用新型适用于各种线径或不同特性的电器,使用方便、效果好。

消磁器
本实用新型涉及一种消磁器,尤指一种由磁性块体制成的管体或方块形状体,包覆在电脑或仪器讯号线上的消磁器。
目前,一种由磁性材料制成的管体可有效地消除电脑、电子仪器的电磁波干扰,但,公知的这种消磁器(图4)为空心圆柱体形状,要将其套装在电脑或仪器的讯号线3上是相当困难的,且也不适用于各种线径,造成使用不便,并无法调节其间的磁场环境。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种改进的消磁器,它可快速、容易地装置在讯号线上,并适用于不同讯号线径。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:消磁器是由两个磁性块体,和可承装磁性块体的槽型壳所组成,在磁性块体的一面上有半圆柱形沟,在半圆柱形沟的一侧边有一凸缘,另一侧边对应设有一凹槽,两磁性块体对合时其间形成一管道;槽型壳的一侧内壁面有凸缘,另一对应边有突出的扣部,扣部为二段式的凹沟。
由于采用上述方案,本实用新型可简便地装置在任一型号的电脑或仪器的讯号线上使用。
下面通过附图与实施例对本实用新型进一步详细说明。

参见图1-3;本实用新型实施例是由二个由磁性材料制成的块体1,以及可承装磁性块体1的槽形壳2所组成,磁性块体1的一面上有半圆柱形沟11,并在半圆柱形沟11的一侧边有一凸缘12,另一侧边则对应的设有一凹槽13,使二磁性块体1相对嵌合时,在其间形成一管道23(图3),以供电脑或仪器的讯号线3穿过(图2);另外,在槽形壳2的一侧内壁面有二道横置的凸缘21,其对应边有向上突出的扣部22,扣部22有二段式的凹沟221,使二槽型壳2可根据需要调节其相扣合的深度,而将磁性块体1包覆成一体。
使用时,可在二磁性块体1的两相对的凸缘12与凸槽13之间衬以适当厚度的垫片4,再直接将槽型壳2相对压合,使其上的扣部22与对应边的凸缘21间产生自动调节功能,而以适当的凹沟221与相对的凸缘21相扣合,以改变磁性块体1中间的管道23的直径,进而通过二磁性块体1间距离的改变,而能达到调节磁场强弱与适于各种不同特性的电器与不同线径的讯号线3的目的。

1.一种消磁器,其特征在于它是由两个磁性块体,和可承装磁性块体的槽型壳所组成,在磁性块体的一面上有半圆柱形沟,在半圆柱形沟的一侧边有一凸缘,另一侧边对应设有一凹槽,两磁性块体对合时其间形成一管道;槽型壳的一侧内壁面有凸缘,另一对应边有突出的扣部,扣部为二段式的凹沟。
