本实用新型提供一种小型高稳定度石英晶体振荡器,由石英晶体振荡电路(1)、幅度放大电路(2)、自动增益控制电路(3)、恒温控制电路(4)、输出电路(5)、恒温槽(6)与外壳(7)组成,其特征是恒温槽(6)为可挥发性绝热填料浇铸而成,电路(1)与(4)为厚膜电路块(8、9),外壳(7)为30mm~50mm(长度)×20mm~40mm(宽度)×10mm~30mm(高度),频率稳定度为1×10-3~2×10-10/日。它具有体积小,频率稳定度高的优点,适用于通信、宇航、雷达设备与精密仪器小型化。

Description

一种小型高稳定度石英晶体振荡器
本实用新型涉及振荡器,尤其是一种小型高稳定度石英晶体振荡器,作为频标、时标信号源发生器,适用于通信、宇航、雷达设备与精密仪器中。
现有的高稳定度石英晶体振荡器,由于其恒温槽为杜瓦瓶(Dewar-双层或多层真空绝热容器,如暖水瓶),其电路大都为分立元件电路,有体积大(约为70×70×120(mm))、不便于上述设备小型化的缺点。
鉴于现有技术存在上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种小型高稳定度石英晶体振荡器,它不仅体积小,适应上述设备小型化,而且便于批量生产。
本实用新型由石英晶体振荡电路,幅度放大电路、自动增益控制电路、恒温控制电路、输出电路、恒温槽和外壳组成,为了减小其体积,降低成本,便于批量生产,其恒温槽不用杜瓦瓶充当,而由绝热填料形成并且将其振荡电路与恒温控制电路厚膜电路化,此外,选用平凸型或双凸型的AT切型或SC切型的石英晶体片,封装在真空玻壳或金属壳内,工作在3-7次泛音上,其零温度系数点温度处于上述恒温槽恒温范围内,其切角大小适应1MHZ~100MHZ振荡频率。
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型不但可以减小其体积,适于上述设备小型化而且可降低成本,确保其振荡频率稳定度为1×10-8~2×10-10/日。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明。

参照图1与图2,可知本实用新型由石英晶体振荡电路(1)、幅度放大电路(2)、自动增益控制电路(3)、恒温控制电路(4)、输出电路(5)、恒温槽(6)与外壳(7)组成,恒温槽(6)不用杜瓦瓶充当,而用可挥发性绝热填料浇铸、埋置电路块(8、9)而构成,即恒温槽(6)是由绝热填料构成的。其绝热填料可选用可挥发性聚氨脂或者选用可挥发性聚笨乙稀材料。这样能使晶体体片(10)的零温度系数点温度在恒温槽(6)恒温范围内,为60±5℃。
为了缩小其电路体积,对电路(1)与(4)进行了自行设计,制成专用厚膜电路块,即厚膜电路块(8、9)(图2),其电路结构与现有电路基本相同,在此不便赘述。
为了其振荡频率为1MHZ~100MHZ,其频率稳定度为1×10-8~2×10-10/日,电路(1)中的晶体片(10)选为AT切型的切角Q=35°10′±1′~35°23′±1′的或者为双转角SC切型的切角Q=33°56′±1′~34°6′±1′的、φ=21°56′±1′的晶体片。
本实用新型具有体积小和振荡频率稳定度高的优点。外壳(7)的大小为30mm~50mm(长度)×20mm~40mm(宽度)×10mm~30mm(高度);其振荡频率稳定度为1×10-8~2×10-10/日,并且工艺性好,便于批量生产。

Claims (5)

1、一种小型高稳定度石英晶体振荡器,由石英晶体振荡电路(1)、幅度放大电路(2)、自动增益控制电路(3)、恒温控制电路(4)、输出电路(5)、恒温槽(6)与外壳(7)组成,其特征是恒温槽(6)是由绝热填料构成的。
2、根据权利要求1规定的振荡器,其特征是其绝热填料为可挥发性聚氨脂、或者为可挥发性聚笨乙稀。
3、根据权利要求1规定的振荡器,其特征是电路(1)与(4)为厚膜电路块(8、9)。
4、根据权利要求1规定的振荡器,其特征是电路(1)中的石英晶体片(10)为AT切型的切角Q=35°10′±1′~35°23′±1′的或者为双转角SC切型的切角Q=33°56′±1′~34°6′±1′的、φ=21°56′±1′的晶体片。
5、根据权利要求1规定的振荡器,其特征是外壳(7)的大小为30mm-50mm(长度)×20mm-40mm(宽度)×10mm-30mm(高度)。
