本实用新型涉及铝格板，由数长条矩型体相互垂直嵌合而成，在每一长条矩型体下端等距间隔开设若干嵌合槽，各嵌合槽呈一锥形缺口，而于该锥形缺口的对应面上适当处设有凸扣；位于嵌合槽的上端对应于上述嵌合槽设成中空锥型体；且在该中空锥型体两侧的中间位置各横设有一凹沟对应于上述嵌合槽的凸扣。本实用新型的优点是：其中空锥形结构，在受压时具有适当弹性，使上述凹槽与对应的凸扣能轻易且牢固地结成一体。

榫接式铝格板
本实用新型涉及铝格板。
一般天花板、外墙、铝门窗及轻隔间等均系由多个单元体以焊接或螺丝锁固等方式所组成，因此在组装上显然较为繁琐不便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能以较省力的方式完成嵌扣，且结合牢固的榫接式铝格板。
本实用新型是这样实现的，铝格板，由数长条矩型体相互垂直嵌合而成，在每一长条矩型体下端等距间隔开设若干嵌合槽，各嵌合槽呈一锥形缺口，而于该锥形缺口的对应面上适当处设有凸扣；位于嵌合槽的上端对应于上述嵌合槽设成中空锥型体；且在该中空锥型体两侧的中间位置各横设有一凹沟对应于上述嵌合槽的凸扣，而得于组合时令数长条矩型体于嵌扣槽位置互相倒置垂直嵌合而成格网结构。
具有所述结构的本实用新型，在使用时，因中空锥型体的形状略大于嵌合槽内缘间距，且中空锥形体的侧壁面受压迫时能具有适当的弹性，使嵌合槽两侧的凸扣能压迫中空锥型体的侧壁略向内缩，待凸扣到达凹沟的位置后而自动使该中空锥形体14的壁面弹回原位，故而上述的凹沟与对应的凸扣能轻易且牢靠地结成一体，而得连续组装成矩阵状的天花板(如图4所示)，或者外墙、铝门窗及轻隔间等。

实施例：如图1～3所示，本实用新型榫接式铝格板由数长条矩型体1相互垂直嵌合而成，在每一长条矩型体1下端等距间隔开设若干嵌合槽11，各嵌合槽11呈一锥形缺口，而于该锥形缺口的对应面上适当处设有凸扣12；位于嵌合槽11的上端对应于上述嵌合槽11设成中空锥型体14；且在该中空锥型体14两侧的中间位置各横设有一凹沟13对应于上述嵌合槽11的凸扣12，而得于组合时令数长条矩型体1于嵌扣槽11位置互相倒置垂直嵌合而成格网结构。(在本实施例中该凹沟13系沿中空锥体14的倾斜方向呈倒勾状)。

  1. 一种榫接式铝格板，由数长条矩型体相互垂直嵌合而成，其特征在于，在每一长条矩型体下端等距间隔开设若干嵌合槽，各嵌合槽呈一锥形缺口，而于该锥形缺口的对应面上适当处设有凸扣；位于嵌合槽的上端对应于上述嵌合槽设成中空锥型体；且在该中空锥型体两侧的中间位置各横设有一凹沟对应于上述嵌合槽的凸扣。
