本实用新型涉及焊条,是一种应用于厚板大焊缝和工件堆焊的集束焊条。
目前,手工电弧焊焊条都是单根单芯,间断焊接,对厚板大焊缝和工件表面堆焊用焊条多,焊接遍数多、时间长,较自动焊效率低,成本高,表面不均匀、平整。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种集束焊条,以解决手工电弧焊对厚板大焊缝和工件表面堆焊用焊条根数多,焊接遍数多、时间长,较自动焊效率低,成本高,表面不均匀、平整问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:将2--5根同径由焊药、焊芯组成的手工电弧焊条,用卡箍、钢丝或粘合剂连结在一起,尾端连接一共用电极。使用时,将电极插在焊钳上,调好电流即可焊接。
该实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:1)连续焊时间长,堆焊面积大,表面均匀平整:2)焊接过程熔敷效率高,焊接速度快,表面堆焊比自动焊还高0.5倍:3)堆焊过程中合金成份烧损率低:4)节电30%以上。

图1中:焊药(1)、焊芯(2)与现有手工电弧焊条相同,将2--5根由焊药(1)、焊芯(2)组成的同径普通手工电弧焊条,用至少3道卡箍、钢丝(3)或者用水玻璃、粘合剂连结在一起,确保焊条间紧密无隙,在尾端点焊或机械连接一共用电极(4),确保每根焊条与共用电极(4)相互导通。

1、一种集束焊条是由焊药(1)、焊芯(2)组成,其特征在于:有2--5根由焊药(1)、焊芯(2)组成的同径手工电弧焊条,用卡箍、钢丝(3)连结在一起,尾端连接一共用电极(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的焊条,其特征在于:卡箍、钢丝(3)是指水玻璃、粘合剂。
3、根据权利要求1所述的焊条,其特征在于:卡箍、钢丝(3)有至少3道。
