Abstract

一种医用钢丝扭紧钳，适用于骨科手术中的钢丝捆扎。包括动钳体(1)和静钳体(3)，两者交叉，通过在交叉处打孔串轴安装，构成整个钳体，钳体上有扣合锁定装置(4)，将绕过骨干的钢丝放入钳口，扣合钳体后不会自行分开，可连续旋转扭紧。直至扭紧，极为方便，且易保证捆扎质量。另外，在动钳体或静钳体的钳口端有呈直角的折弯部分(2)，特别适用于两股或多股钢丝的扭紧。

Description

     医用钢丝扭紧钳
本实用新型属于一种医用钢丝捆扎专用器械，特别是涉及一种在骨科手术中应用的钢丝扭紧钳。
钢丝捆扎在骨科手术中经常应用，但钢丝扭紧至今尚无专用器具。通常使用钢丝钳夹持旋扭，每次夹持旋扭最大旋转180度，然后，松钳，再夹持，再旋扭，如此反复进行，直至扭紧为止。不难看出，这种操作方法极不方便，且难以保证捆扎质量。
本实用新型的目的即提供一种用于钢丝扭紧的专用器械，提高钢丝扭紧的效率和捆扎质量。
该医用钢丝扭紧钳，包括动钳体和静钳体，两者交叉，通过在交叉处打孔串轴安装，构成整个钳体，钳体分钳口端和手握端，钳体上有扣合锁定装置，扣合钳体后，不会自行分开，可连续旋转扭紧。另外，在动钳体或静钳体的钳口端有呈直角的折弯部分，特别适用于两股或多股钢丝的扭紧。
单股钢丝扭紧时，将绕过骨干的钢丝两端放入钳口，扣合钳体后即可连续旋转，直至扭紧完成；双股或多股钢丝扭紧时，先将绕过骨干的钢丝折攀套在钳体的折弯上，再将另一端双股钢丝或多股钢丝放入钳口内，扣合钳体，即可按同样的方法旋扭，一气呵成，极为方便。
下面结合附图部分所公开的具体实施例作进一步的说明：

如图1所示，整个钳体包括动钳体(1)和静钳体(3)，其上有扣合锁定装置(4)，即如图2所示，当钳体扣合时，两齿条相互咬合，则钳体不会自行分开。另外，静钳体(3)的钳口端有一呈直角的折弯部分(2)，当然，这样的折弯部分也可以做在动钳体(1)上，使用效果相同。折弯的长度应适当，以刚好盖住另一钳体的端部为宜。
如图3所示，动钳体和静钳体的钳口内接触面(5)上有网格状突起，便于增大扭紧钳的夹持力。当然，同样作用的突起也可以是其它类型的，如：点状或条形等均可。

1、一种医用钢丝扭紧钳，包括动钳体(1)和静钳体(3)，两者交叉，通过在交叉处打孔串轴安装，构成整个钳体，钳体分钳口端和手握端，钳体上有扣合锁定装置(4)，其特征在于：动钳体或静钳体的钳口端有呈直角的折弯部分(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的医用钢丝扭紧钳，其特征还在于，动钳体(1)和静钳体(3)的钳口内接触面(5)上有点状、网格状或条状突起。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的医用钢丝扭紧钳，其特征还在于，所说的扣合锁定装置(4)是动钳体和静钳体上的两个齿条，当钳体扣合时，齿跳相互咬合，使钳体不会自行分开。
