Description

轻质复合保温板
本实用新型涉及到一种屋面墙体所用的轻质保温隔热建箱板材,特别是一种轻质复合保温板。
目前屋面保温主要采用加气混凝土、水泥掺拌膨胀珍珠岩等多孔材料;砖体结构的墙一般没有保温措施,框架结构建筑墙体采用加气混凝土砌块做填充料有一定的保温隔热作用,有些墙体加贴的保温材料为用石膏、水泥膨胀珍珠岩等多孔材料的混合物。上述保温材料隔热性能差,单位容重大,施工困难,像加气混凝土砌块之类的材料施工和运输量大且易于破损。众所周知热有三种传递方式,而其中传导和辐射是屋面和墙体传热主要方式,上述保温措施仅考虑了传导方式,而对隔绝辐射热却效果不好。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷,提供一种既能有效地隔热保温,降低保温层厚度,又便于施工、运输且成本低廉的新型轻质保温板。
技术方案如下:
一种轻质复合保温板,包括轻质保温隔热层(1),这种轻质保温隔热层(1)是一种轻质发泡塑料板(1),在轻质发泡塑料板(1)的表面复合有韧性增强硬化层(2)。
韧性增强硬化层(2)是一种由玻璃纤维和以水泥为主要胶凝材料复合而成的复合层。
为隔绝辐射热在发泡塑料板(1)的里面还复合有一层以上的铝箔热反射层(5)。
由于采用了上述方案,本实用新型能够产生更有效的保温隔热作用,减少保温层及墙体的厚度、减轻建筑承重、减少施工和运输费用、提高施工效率,如5cm板厚的本实用新型热阻值可达1.2m2K/W以上,超过25cm厚加气混凝土的热阻值1.136m2K/W,本实用新型容重≤20kg/m3,大大低于其它材料的容重。
以下结合附图1,通过实施例对本实用新型进行更为详细的描述。
图1是本实用新型的断面结构示意图。
轻质复合保温板包括轻质保温隔热层1,轻质保温隔热层1是一种聚苯乙烯发泡塑料压制而成的轻质发泡塑料板1,该轻质发泡塑料板1的中间复合有一铝箔热反射层5,热反射层5的作用是反射来自两个方向的辐射热,轻质发泡塑料板可以有效地隔绝热的传导,轻质发泡塑料板的整个表面用玻璃纤维网络布裹紧,然后涂覆水泥或其它可硬化的胶凝材料4,从而形成一种具有一定强度的韧性增强硬化层2。

1.一种轻质复合保温板,包括轻质保温隔热层(1),其特征在于轻质保温隔热层是一种轻质发泡塑料板(1),发泡塑料板(1)的表面复合有韧性增强硬化层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质复合保温板,其特征在于韧性增强硬化层(2)是一种由玻璃纤维和以水泥为主要胶凝材料复合而成的复合层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合保温板,其特征在于发泡塑料板(1)的里面还复合有一层以上的铝箔热反射层(5)。
