一种节能自动温控电热器
本实用新型涉及一种节能自动温控电热器。
在已有技术中，电热水壶只具有通电加热的功能，一旦水沸，不能自动切断电源，也不能自动控制温度，这样既浪费电力，而在万一壶内水被烧干的情况下还会烧毁电热管，甚至引起火灾，根据这些情况，我于1993年7月3日申请了一种“节能自动温控电热水壶”(专利号：93225976.6)，但它的温度控制器的金属外罩与水壶的壳体相固定，所以温控效果不太好，安装也不方便，并且只能用于电热水壶。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种温控效果好，安装方便的节能自动温控电热器。
本实用新型由温度控制器、电热管组成，温度控制器包括双金属片、温控触点、推杆和金属外罩，金属外罩罩住双金属片，推杆的一端顶住双金属片，推杆的另一端顶住温控触点，其特征是：电热管的电路中接入温度控制器，温度控制器的金属外罩与紧固用导热金属板相固定，电热管一端的外壳固定在紧固用导热金属板上。
由于本实用新型电热管的电路中接入温度控制器，温度控制器的金属外罩与紧固用导热金属板相固定，电热管一端的外壳固定在紧固用导热金属板上，所以它的温控效果好，安装也方便。

图中1表示温度控制器，温度控制器包括双金属片4、温控触点5、推杆6和金属外罩7，金属外罩罩住双金属片，推杆的一端顶住双金属片，推杆的另一端顶住温控触点，电热管2的电路中接入温度控制器和指示灯，温度控制器的金属外罩与紧固用导热金属板3相固定，电热管一端的外壳固定在紧固用导热金属板上，当电热器的温度比较高时，温度控制器金属外罩受紧固用导热金属板上高温传导，使温度控制器内双金属片变形，由推杆推动温控触点断开，从而实现断电，当电热器的温度比较低时，温度控制器内双金属片恢复原形，使温控触点接触，从而接通电源，电源的接通与否可看指示灯即知，本实用新型可用于电水壶、电蒸饭器和电油锅等产品中。
