一种平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,在其底部基板(2)上烧结有等距交错排列的隔离板(4),在面部基板(1)上涂覆有荧光粉层(5),两个基板间构成蛇形电离通道(3),该通道内充有惰性气体,该通道一端装有阳极(7),另一端装有阴极(6)。本实用新型有厚度较薄,亮度和光转化效率较高,成本较低的优点。

Description

平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源
本实用新型涉及一种平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,特别是一种能够直接实现均匀发光的荧光灯面光源。
现有的冷阴极荧光灯大都是呈管形,若需面光源,则需在灯的前面或侧面装置上导光板、匀光板、或散射板。这种结构制成的面光源系统,无论如何设计、制造,其导光板、匀光板、或散射板的光利用率都不可能达到100%,而且,会使整体结构变得较厚,如果用这种结构作液晶显示背光源,由于荧光粉层发光面不能直接贴在显示器件上或显示画面上,也会大大降低其亮度。由于使用导光板、匀光板、或散射板以及相应的构件,使系统的成本大大增加。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,该面光源的厚度较薄,有较高亮度和光的转化效率,且成本较低。
本实用新型的目的是由下述技术方案实现的:一种平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,在其底部基板上烧结有等距交错排列的隔离板,在面部基板上涂覆有荧光粉层,两个基板间构成蛇形电离通道,该通道内充有惰性气体,该通道一端装有阳极,另一端装有阴极。当对本实用新型施加交变电压或脉冲电压后,依靠冷阴极发射,使充入的气体电离放电,产生特定的紫外发射,激发荧光粉发光,由于本实用新型设计成蛇形通道,可以保证有较大的体长与截面积之比,因而使其光转化效率不会低于传统的管形产品。
本实用新型与已有技术相比具有厚度较薄,亮度和光转化效率较高,成本较低的优点。

参见附图,本实用新型的平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,在其玻璃的底部基板2上烧结有等距交错排列的隔离板4,在玻璃的面部基板1上涂覆有荧光粉层5,两个基板间构成蛇形电离通道3,该通道内充有惰性气体,该通道一端装有阳极7,另一端装有阴极6。具体的工艺是,在切割成型的玻璃的底部基板2上烧结上隔离板4,该隔离板的截面呈Δ形,该基板的四边上烧结封接边框8,在蛇形电离通道一端烧结上由杜美丝焊接呈V形的阴极6,另一端烧结上由杜美丝焊接呈板形的阳极7,在侧面边框上,还应留有一个3-4毫米的缺口作排气口,将面部基板的发光位置涂覆一层荧光粉后盖在前述加工好的基板上,依靠玻璃粉将其烧结在一起,。此时将一个与排气口宽度一致的封口塞插入排气口位置,将多个这种加工品迭放在一起,装入真空箱内,抽成一定真空度后,充入按一定比例配制的氖氩汞混合气体,利用工装加热封口塞,使其全部密封,将真空箱打开将其取出,经过通电处理后,就完成了本实用新型的全部制作过程。

1、一种平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,有电极,其特征在于,在底部基板(2)上烧结有等距交错排列的隔离板(4),在面部基板(1)上涂覆有荧光粉层(5),两个基板间构成蛇形电离通道(3),该通道内充有惰性气体,该通道一端装有阳极(7),另一端装有阴极(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,其特征在于,所述隔离板的截面呈Δ形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的平板冷阴极荧光灯面光源,其特征在于,所述的阴极是V形阴极。
