一种锅炉空气预热器传热元件在加工成传热元件的铁板上用萤石硼砂、石英、酸钠三氯化钴烧制成搪瓷锅炉传热元件在锅炉的热端和中间端用波纹板(3)复杂曲折定位板(4)结合为传热元件和冷端用简易曲折定位板(1)和平板结合为传热元件,这种传热元件表面光滑防腐性好,材料易解决不易脱瓷,是塑料中含硫量大于2%的燃油燃煤锅炉回转式空气预热器中较理想的传热元件。

Description

锅炉空气予热器传热元件
本实用新型涉及一种空气予热器传热元件,尤其涉及一种锅炉空气予热器传热元件。
锅炉回转式空气予热器是一种理想的节能设备,它依靠传热元件从较高温度的烟气中吸收热量后,旋转到空气通道中将热量传递到冷空气中,传热元件不断交替的穿过烟气与空气通道,以达到回收热能降低燃料。
为防止烟气中有害气体对传热元件的腐蚀,在燃料中含硫量大于2%的燃油,燃煤锅炉有的就采用搪瓷传热元件但一般搪瓷制出的产品,在加热到300℃就脱瓷且常温水中激冷出现异变尤其在弯曲时有脱裂现象所以耐腐蚀性大大下降,而且其传热元件结构不合理传热效果也较差。
实用新型的目的在于研制一种耐腐蚀耐高温,耐激冷,变曲不脱瓷,而且具有结构合理的一种传热元件。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在加工成传热元件的铁板上用萤石50%、硼砂20%、石英20%、碳酸钠5%、三氯化钴5%烧制成搪瓷的锅炉热端和中间层用波纹板(3)和复杂曲折定位板(4)结合为传热元件和冷端用另一种简易曲折定位(1)和平板(2)结合为传热元件,其尺寸是简易曲折定位板尺寸长度有三种:c段为8.36mm、d段为10mm、e段为37.1mm,板厚a为1.12mm、高度b为5.99mm、最高k为8.08mm,复杂曲折定位板长度有四种:l为17.45mm、n为4.47mm、r为5.94mm,而m段为38mm,高度f为3.05mm、g为2.51mm、k为8.08mm。
本实用新型与考登钢板制成的传热元件相比:
1、表面光滑如镜,易于吹灰清洗,无异物吸附实际传热系数高。
2、防腐性能优于考登钢30倍。
3、材料易于解决适合各种型号的冷轧板。
4、适合对各种形式的传热元件如予热防磨套管,管式予热器管的考登钢碳钢板,传热元件。
下面结合附图对本新型加以详述
图1为锅炉空气予热器冷端传热元件的结构示意图。
图2为锅炉空气予热器热端和中间层传热元件的结构示意图。
将铁板加工成如图1、2所示的形状,然后将萤石50%、硼砂20%、石英20%、碳酸钠5%、三氧化钴5%掺拌高温1300℃焙烧成釉块瓷釉研磨,然后将传热元件浸釉→烘干→焙烧900℃。本实用新型能达到的指标为:
1、加热到600℃在常温水中激冷不出现任何异变(美国CE公司标准为350℃)在R90左右弯曲不脱裂(0.5mm铁板)。
2、耐酸,经1%沸腾硫酸浸煮3小时失落率0.14mg/cm2(经哈尔滨锅炉厂材研所对比试验,试块同在1%沸腾硫酸中浸煮3小时搪瓷失落率<0.14mg/cm2考登钢失落率为4mg/cm2
3、气孔用600电火检测1000cm2不大于2点。
4、耐热、温度耐温550℃。
5、耐急热温度加热到400℃在常温水中激冷表面不出现异常变化(试验温度550度连续10个疲劳期不异变)。
6、密着力,试块表面加压150kg/cm2保持5秒钟附着力>95%。
7、搪瓷厚度,双面0.34±0.06mm。
8、目测,表面光滑,色泽一致无釉瘤(边缘个别除外)无脱瓷、鳞爆、露黑(允许边缘1.4mm范围内有个别露铁)。

1、一种锅炉空气予热器传热元件,其特征在于:在加工成传热元件的铁板上,用萤石50%、硼砂20%、石英20%、硫酸钠5%、三氯化钴5%烧制成搪瓷的锅炉热端和中间层用波纹板(3)和复杂曲折定位板(4)相结合传热元件和冷端用另一种简易曲折定位板(1)和平板(2)相结合的传热元件,其尺寸是:简易曲折定位板(1)尺寸长度有三种:c段为8.36mm、d段为10mm、e段为37.1mm,板厚a为1.12mm、高度b为5.99mm、最高k为8.08mm,复杂曲折定位板(4)长度有四种:l为17.45mm、n为4.47mm、r为5.94mm,而m段为38mm,高度f为3.05mm、g为2.51mm、k为8.08mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的传热元件其特征在于:板的搪瓷厚度为0.34±0.06mm,板的表面光滑色泽一致,无釉瘤、无脱瓷、露黑、鳞爆。
