一种离心泵径向式液力轴封,使轴封结构简单,可靠性高。它是在具有螺旋叶轮、导叶(1,2)、密封动、静环(3,6)和压帽9的泵端轴封处上,使动环3的固定体20嵌在叶轮1与压帽9之间形成的环槽里,密封体21置在螺旋叶轮,静环(1,6)之间形成的环形腔里,并与静环6形成径向密封;在静环6与压帽9之间形成连通的环形腔里装有备用的动环8,可使结构简单,方便维修。

离心泵径向式液力轴封
本实用新型涉及离心泵液力轴封,属于径向式液力轴封。
为防止离心泵体外空气进入、内液体泄漏,中国实用新型专利号:88214531.2较好的解决了这方面的问题,它是在泵端轴封处设有螺旋叶轮、导叶在径向依次套在轴上,螺旋叶轮、导叶为相对转动体,在相对转动面上有方向相反的螺旋;在螺旋导叶端内螺纹连接有密封静环,它与螺旋叶轮、导叶的端面之间有环形腔,腔里装有密封动环起到密封作用。但这种轴封密封静环的端面上要制出相应环形凹槽,由于此凹槽较复杂,制造成本高;同时密封动环安装困难,给维修工作带来麻烦。
本实用新型的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足,而提供可简化密封结构和提高可靠性及长效性的离心泵径向式液力轴封。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来达到;在泵端轴封处具有螺旋叶轮、导叶和密封动、静环及压帽的离心泵上,使动环上的固定体嵌在叶轮与压帽之间形成的环槽里,动环上的密封体置于螺旋叶轮、静环之间的环形腔里,并与静环形成径向密封,这样可使结构简化,采用径向密封可提高密封性和长效性。另外,上述静环与压帽之间形成连通的环形腔,该环形腔里装有备用的动环,方便动环的更换。
上述动环的密封体如似鹅头,尖锥的咀部朝向静环的密封体形成径向密封;密封环体的外径小于动环上固定体的外径,可使静环在调试密封环体时不致切断固定体,由此可安全实现本目的。
本实用新型与上述现有技术相比可具有如下效果:动环3的固定体20嵌在叶轮1与压帽9之间形成的环槽里,动环上密封体21置在螺旋叶轮、静环(1,6)之间形成的环形腔里,可简化动、静环的结构,易加工;由于装有备用的动环8,当更换动环3时,只要后退静环6,松出压帽9,可使动环8拨装人工作位置,可大大简化更换过程,采用径向密封,可提高密封的可靠性和长效性。

下面结合附图将对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由附图1所示,泵端轴封处螺旋叶轮1、导叶2在径向依次套在轴11上,二者(1,2)上有方向相反相对转动的螺旋(18,16),在螺旋叶轮上嵌有密封动环3,轴端上还有压帽9。本实用新型是将动环3上的固定体20嵌在螺旋叶轮1与压帽9之间形成的环槽19里,压帽9上有凸环挡体25;动环3上密封体21置在螺旋叶轮、静环(1,6)之间形成的环形腔14里,并与静环6形成径向密封(是与静环6上环体22形成径向密封)。静环6与压帽9之间形成连通的环形腔23,环形腔23里装有备用的动环8。
由图4所示,弹性体动环3由两部分构成,截面为方形的固定体20和为多边形的密封体21,二者(20,21)为连体;其中密封体21如似鹅头,连体为鹅的颈部,尖锥的咀部朝向静环6的环体22上形成径向密封;其中环体22的外径小于固定体20的外径。由图2所示,叶轮1的端部有固定体20的环槽19;由图1结合图3所示,导叶2上有安装凸环(15,17)和连接螺栓(12,13),密封处装密封环(4,5,7),压帽9端用螺母10固定轴封;由图5所示,静环6上有密封环槽24;由图6所示,压帽9的端内有密封环槽26。

1、一种离心泵径向式液力轴封,泵端轴封处具有螺旋叶轮、导叶(1,2)、密封动、静环(3,6)和压帽(9),其特征在于:
(a)、动环(3)的固定体(20)嵌在螺旋叶轮(1)与压帽(9)之间形成的环槽里,密封体(21)置在螺旋叶轮、静环(1,6)之间形成的环形腔里,并与静环(6)形成径向密封;
(b)、静环(6)与压帽(9)之间形成连通的环形腔,该环形腔里装有备用的动环(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴封,其特征在于:动环(3)的密封体(21)如似鹅头,尖锥的咀部朝向静环(6)的环体(22)形成径向密封。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的轴封,环体(22)的外径小于固定体(20)的外径。
