本实用新型涉及一种耐高温铝塑封口膜。
铝塑封口膜广泛应用于灭菌饮料塑料瓶的瓶口封装上。现有的一种铝塑封口膜为三层结构，里层为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)等材料的热封层、与瓶口接合，中间层为铝箔，外层为油墨。这种封口膜由于外层为油墨层，高温封口时或高温杀菌对，油墨容易脱落、变色，影响封口膜使用效果。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种新型耐高温铝塑封口膜，具有油墨不会脱落、变色，封口耐高温的性能。
本实用新型技术方案是在油墨层外面再涂覆一层硝化棉树脂保护层，该层为无色透明体，具有耐高温、吸管易穿透、成形性好等特点。

该铝塑封口膜包括热封层1、铝箔层2、油墨层3，其特征在于在油墨层3外部再涂覆一层硝化棉树脂层4。涂覆硝化棉树脂层的铝塑封口膜具有耐高温、不分层、不脱色、不退色、光洁度好、油墨不会脱落、封口严密、成口率高等优点，改善铝塑封口膜的使用性能，是一种较理想的灭菌饮料塑料瓶的瓶口封装材料。
