本实用新型涉及一种耐高温铝塑封口膜。
铝塑封口膜广泛应用于灭菌饮料塑料瓶的瓶口封装上。现有的一种铝塑封口膜为三层结构,里层为聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)等材料的热封层、与瓶口接合,中间层为铝箔,外层为油墨。这种封口膜由于外层为油墨层,高温封口时或高温杀菌对,油墨容易脱落、变色,影响封口膜使用效果。
本实用新型目的在于提供一种新型耐高温铝塑封口膜,具有油墨不会脱落、变色,封口耐高温的性能。
本实用新型技术方案是在油墨层外面再涂覆一层硝化棉树脂保护层,该层为无色透明体,具有耐高温、吸管易穿透、成形性好等特点。
