Abstract

电子冷热杯
本实用新型涉及一种能够致冷致热的杯子。
目前有一种冷热杯,由半导体致冷组件、散热器、杯胆和保温外壳组成,其中半导体致冷组件的散热器,因采用了铝型材散热器,其散热效果差而影响冷热杯的致冷温差和效率。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电子冷热杯。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:杯胆由塑料胆、铝胆和导热块连接成一体,导热块与半导体致冷组件和肋片式散热器,以螺栓相固定,在导热块周围填满绝热材料,肋片式散热器的一侧与电热材料、散热器罩、轴流风机和风机罩,以螺栓相固定,支撑环与手把和底壳构成一体,并与壳体和塑料胆相连接,壳体与杯胆之间填充绝热材料,由盖、绝热材料、内盖和密封垫组成一体,并盖在塑料胆上面,在底壳凹进的周围设有出风口,在底壳的下面设有进风口、电源插座和胶垫。
由于采用上述方案,可提高致冷效率和温差,减小了散热器和杯子的体积,重量轻,便于携带,并具有致冷致热功能,适用于汽车司乘人员对水性饮料的致冷或加热,在家庭里配用整流电源,可用于各种饮料、啤酒的冷饮,奶瓶的冷却以及喝茶、咖啡、牛奶的加热。

杯胆(5)由塑料胆(6)、铝胆(10)和导热块(11)相连接成一体,导热块(11)与半导体致冷组件(12)和肋片式散热器(25),以螺栓(15)相固定,并在导热块(11)的周围填满绝热材料(13),肋片式散热器(25)的一侧,与电热材料(24)、散热器罩(23)、轴流风机(21)和风机罩(20),以螺栓(19)相固定,支撑环(7)与手把(26)和底壳(14)构成一体,并与壳体(8)和塑料胆(6)相连接成一体,壳体(8)与杯胆(5)之间填满绝热材料(9),由盖(1)、绝热材料(2)、内盖(3)和密封垫(4)相连接成一体,并盖着塑料胆(6)的上面,底壳(14)的凹进的周围设有出风口(16),在底壳(14)的下面设有电源插座(22)、进风口(17)和胶垫(18)。
