Abstract

一种能使碳五(C5)气化的液化气钢瓶,其特征在于角阀下端装有气液管,气液管上有与壳体内腔上部相通的小通气孔,下端靠近壳体底面,壳体内腔下部灌有碳五液体,内腔上部充有压缩(或液化)气体。本实用新型可利用廉价的碳五燃料代替液化气使用,为用户节约用于燃料的消费。结构简单易行,可做到一瓶两用,在壳体内腔灌入液化气也可正常使用。

一种能使碳五气化的液化气钢瓶
一种厨房用燃气具辅助装置。
现有的液化气钢瓶只能灌入液态液化气,打开其上的角阀,液化气自动气化,变成气体进入液化气灶具燃烧。碳五燃料在常温下呈液体状态,不易气化供液化气灶具燃烧。至今为止,还没有此种能使碳五气化供普通液化气灶具燃烧的简单装置。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能使碳五气化的液化气钢瓶,做到结构简单,能与普通液化气灶具配套使用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在现有的液化气钢瓶内加装一根气液管,该管上端连接在角阀上,下端靠近钢瓶壳体底面,气液管上有小通气孔与壳体内腔上部相通,壳体内腔下部灌装碳五液体,上部充入气压高于3000Pa的无害压缩(或液化)气体。当角阀开启时,带压力的气体一方面迫使碳五液体沿气液管上升,另一方面从小通气孔进入气液管内冲击碳五液体,使碳五液体吸取能量气化,供液化气灶具燃烧。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型有下列特点:
1.可利用廉价的碳五燃料代替液化气使用,为用户节约用于燃料的消费。
2.结构简单易行,完全保留了原液化气钢瓶的整体构造,仍然可使用液化气燃料。
3.能与已普遍使用的液化气灶具配套使用。

下面结合图1和本实施例详细描述本实用新型的具体结构。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括有壳体6,角阀1,其不同之处在于角阀下端装有气液管4,气液管4上有与壳体内腔上部相通的小通气孔2,下端靠近壳体6底面,壳体6内腔下部灌有碳五液体5,内腔上部充有相对气压高于3000Pa(相对气压)的气体3。
最后值得一提的是,向钢瓶内充入少量液化气作为碳五气化的动力,本实用新型的使用效果将会更佳。

1.一种能使碳五气化的液化气钢瓶,它包括有壳体(6)、角阀(1),其特征在于角阀(1)下端装有气液管(4),气液管(4)上有与壳体内腔上部相通的小通气孔(2),下端靠近壳体(6)底面,壳体(6)内腔下部灌有碳五液体(5),内腔上部充有气压高于3000Pa的压缩(或液化)气体(3)。
