Abstract

一种装在防治水面溢油用的围油栏单体两端的快速连接板,可以使连接多段围油栏单体的操作省力、快捷。它由带“L”形钩的对钩接头、压板、夹紧螺栓和蝶形顶紧螺钉组成。用夹紧螺栓将对钩接头带齿形槽的板状端和压板夹固在围油栏单体的端部,对钩接头的钩状端可与另一段围油栏单体一端反向安装的对钩接头钩状端相钩联,再紧蝶形顶紧螺钉防止松脱,这样就实现了围油栏单体间的快速连接。装有此联接板的围油栏,特别适用于溢油应急拦截。

对钩式围由栏快速联接板
本实用新型涉及一种围油栏的快速联接装置,使多段围油栏单体相联成所需的总长度的操作变得简单、快捷,它特别适用于围油栏紧急布放时的联接。
目前,围油栏单体之间的联接一般采用穿绳式联接,即围油栏体两端装有两排蓬布扣眼。围油栏之间联接时由尼龙绳通过围油栏端部的蓬扣眼,象穿鞋带一样,把两段围油栏联到一起。这种联接非常费时、费力,在紧急布放围油栏时,往往由于围油栏接头联接耽误很长时间,从而使应急拦截溢油的行动失败。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种对钩式围油栏快速联接板,不仅可用于正常布放时围油栏单体之间的联接,而且特别适用于紧急情况下围油栏单体之间的联接。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:用高强度铝合金通过模具挤出对钩接头型材和压板,对钩接头和压板的长度可根据需要截取。对钩接头和压板的结合面上都有锯齿形沟槽,以增加它们与围油栏端部结合面间的摩擦力。围油栏端部夹在压板和对钩接头的锯齿面之间,然后用夹紧螺栓夹紧。对钩接头上安有蝶形顶紧螺钉。围油栏联接时,将带有该板的两段围油栏端头采用正反钩以拉钩的形式钩在一起,作为围油栏单体之间的联接件和受力件,然后用蝶形顶紧螺钉将快速联接板的后斜面顶紧,使其不能产生松动,从而实现两条围油栏之间简单、快捷的联接。
由于采用上述方案,围油栏单体之间的联接与穿绳式联接相比,变得更为简单、快捷。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

在图2中,围油栏端部(1)用对钩接头(4)和压板(5)通过夹紧螺栓(2)夹紧,由于对钩接头(4)和压板(5)在结合面上都有锯齿形沟槽,使围油栏端部(1)与二者结合面间的磨擦力增大,因此可将围油栏的端部牢固地夹在二者之间,以保证围油栏端部(1)有足够的抗拉力。使用时,把一段围油栏端部的对钩接头上的蝶形顶紧螺钉(3)逆时针转动,使其顶点退缩到与对钩接头的内斜面持平,把两个对钩接头(4)采用正反钩的形式平行地钩在一起,然后用手拧紧蝶形顶紧螺钉(3),使蝶形顶紧螺钉(3)的顶点顶到对钩接头的端头斜面上,防止对钩接头脱开,这样两段围油栏就通过对钩式围油栏快速联接板联接在一起。

Claims (4)

1、一种对钩式围油栏快速联接板,能实现围油栏单体间的快速联接。其特征是:对钩接头的板状端,用压板和夹紧螺栓夹固在围油栏单体的端部,形成对钩式围油栏快速联接板的一半;一副对钩式围油栏快速联接板的对钩接头钩状端采用正反钩形式钩在一起后固定紧,防止其脱开。
2、根据权利要求1所述的对钩式围油栏快速联接板,其特征是:对钩接头的钩状端是”L”形钩。
3、根据权利要求1所述的对钩式围油栏快速联接板,其特征是:对钩接头的板状端和压板上带有锯齿形沟槽。
4、根据权利要求1所述的对钩式围油栏快速联接板,其特征是:对钩接头采用正反钩钩住后,用蝶形顶紧螺钉顶紧。
