Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种铜质四通焊接接头。
在铜管管道系统中,有时需要四通接头,这种四通接头一般是四通焊接接头,而且是一种黄铜浇铸件,其缺点是管壁厚度厚,材料消耗大;管壁表面粗糙,流动损失增加;此外,工程上用的铜管一般为紫铜管,同黄铜的接头对接时,焊接工艺也难以操作,并影响施工的质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种管壁厚度薄且管壁表面光滑的铜质四通焊接接头。
这种铜质四通焊接接头的主要特点是具有由薄壁铜管材经胀压成型的接头体和四个套口状或插口状的端口。

接头体1和分布在接头体1四周的四个端口2是构成铜质四通焊接接头的二个结构特征,端口2又有两种结构型式,一种是图1所示的套口型端口2,其内表面是同铜管对接时的配合表面;另一种是图2所示的插口型端口2,其外表面是同铜管对接时的配合表面,而本实用新型所述的铜质四通焊接接头具有由薄壁铜管材经胀压成型的接头体1和四个套口状或插口状的端口2。
本实用新型采用胀压工艺来形成接头体和端口,显然,紫铜薄壁管更适应该工艺要求,且成型后的四通接头的管壁厚度也是薄的,而胀压工艺的又一特点是加工精度和加工表面光洁度高,因此,上述结构的铜质四通焊接接头能够做到的管壁厚度薄,管壁表面光滑,且接头材料可以同铜管材料一致,这样,材料即可节省,流阻即可减少,焊接质量也可得到进一步保证。
