本实用新型涉及一种疏松云母纸双面上胶机，它包括上、下浸胶带、浸胶辊及浸胶池，其特征在于疏松云母纸传送带在两浸胶辊之间通过。该上胶机结构简单，上胶速度快，能满足疏松云母纸的双面上胶。

疏松云母纸双面上胶机
本实用新型涉及一种疏松云母纸双面上胶机。
现有的浸胶机由胶槽、浸胶辊、传送带组成，上胶时云母纸直接在浸胶辊上通过，只能单面涂胶，而且要求纸张有较大的抗拉强度，无法满足疏松云母纸的涂胶。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能双面涂胶且对纸张抗拉强度要求低的上胶机。
本实用新型包括上、下浸胶带，浸胶辊以及浸胶池，其特征在于传送带位于两浸胶辊之间。
上述的上胶机，在浸胶带和传送带的传动轮之间设有张紧轮。
本实用新型结构简单，上胶速度快，能满足疏松云母纸双面上胶的要求。

参照图1，本实用新型包括上、下浸胶带(5.6)浸胶辊(3.4)及浸胶池(7.8)，疏松云母纸传送带(1)由浸胶辊(3.4)之间通过，在浸胶带、传送带的传动轮之间还可设置张紧轮。工作时，传送带(1)将疏松云母纸送入两浸胶辊(3.4)之间，由于两辊在传动中所产生的压力，将浸胶带经过浸胶池所带走的胶粘剂挤出而浸透云母纸。浸胶后的疏松云母纸即被传送带送往干燥箱中干燥、排除溶剂。

Claims (2)

1、一种疏松云母纸双面上胶机，包括上、下浸胶带、浸胶辊及浸胶池，其特征在于传送带在上、下浸胶辊之间通过。
2、如权利要求1所述的上胶机，其特征在于在浸胶带及传送带的传动轮之间设有张紧轮。
