本实用新型涉及一种变速装置。
现有的变速器有圆柱齿轮减速器，圆锥齿轮减速器、蜗轮蜗杆减速器及摆线针轮减速器等型式，还有些将不同种类的减速器加以组合形成的减速器，如由行星轮、摆线轮、行星轮串联起来组成的变速器，以满足不同场合，不同工况的要求，然而在组合过程中、传动损失较大。
本实用新型设计了一种新的变速装置，传动损失较小。
本实用新型是这样完成：一种变速装置，在箱体(4)的内部安装传动机构，传动机构的输出轴(6)安装在箱体(4)的中心，行星架(1、2、3)通过轴承固定在输出轴(6)上，行星架(1)和行星架(2)间紧固相连，输入轮(5)套在行星架(1)上，其特征在于在行星架(1)与行星架(2)之间及内齿轮(7)与行星架(3)之间分别通过轴承安装双联行星轮(11、12)，双联行星轮(11、12)中较大的齿轮与固定在箱体内壁的内齿(9、10)啮合，较小的齿轮与内齿轮(7、8)啮合，内啮轮(7)通过轴承(18)套装在输出轴(6)上且通过中心空轴与行星架(3)紧固相连，内齿轮(8)与输出轴(6)紧固联接。
本实用新型结构简单，合理，传动损耗小，在同等的输入功率条件下，本实用新型的输出功率较大。

如图1所示，在箱体(4)的内部安装传动机构，传动机构的输出轴(6)安装在箱体(4)的中心，在箱体(4)的左端安装链轮(5)，链轮(5)套在输出轴(6)上直接与行星架(1)固定联接，行星架(1)用轴承(15、16)安装在输出轴(6)上，行星架(2)用轴承(17)安装在输出轴(6)上，行星架(1)和行星架(2)通过它们的中心套轴紧固联接，在行星架(1)和行星架(2)之间通过轴承(13、14)安装双联行星轮(11)，双联行星轮(11)中较大的齿轮与固定安装在箱体内壁的内齿(9)啮合，较小的齿轮与内齿轮(7)啮合，内齿轮(7)通过轴承(18)套装在中心输出轴(6)上且通过中心空轴与行星架(3)紧固相连，行星架(3)通过轴承(19)安装在输出轴(6)上，在内齿轮(7)和行星架(3)之间通过轴承(20、21)安装双联行星轮(12)，双联行星轮(12)中较大的内齿轮与安装于箱体内壁的内齿(10)啮合，较小的齿轮与内齿轮(8)啮合，内齿轮(8)通过平键(22)与输出轴(6)相连。

1、一种变速装置，在箱体(4)的内部安装传动机构，传动机构的输出轴(6)安装在箱体(4)的中心，行星架(1、2、3)通过轴承固定在输出轴(6)上，行星架(1)与行星架(2)紧固相连，输入轮(5)套在行星架(1)上，其特征在于行星架(1)与行星架(2)之间及内齿轮(7)与行星架(3)之间分别通过轴承安装双联行星轮(11、12)，双联行星轮(11、12)中较大的齿轮与固定在箱体内壁的内齿(9、10)啮合，较小的齿轮与内齿轮(7、8)啮合，内啮轮(7)通过轴承(18)套装在输出轴(6)上且通过中心空轴与行星架(3)紧固相连，内齿轮(8)与输出轴(6)紧固联接。
