本实用新型公开了一种渔业用高效增氧机,其主要特征是机体采用螺杆式叶轮和离心泵式叶轮的组合结构。其主要优点是结构简单,不伤鱼体,能有效地提高鱼池的水平和垂直方向的增氧效果。

Description

高效增氧机
本实用新型涉一种鱼塘增氧机,具体地说涉及一种组合叶轮增氧机。
增氧机是现代鱼塘养鱼业必不可少的机械之一。传统的增氧机为空气压缩机型增氧机,它利用空气压缩机将高压空气通过气管压入水中,排放的气泡与水接触,向水中渗透氧气,这种增氧机工作效率低,增氧深度,不能在大水面应用。改进后普遍使用单叶轮式增氧机,其叶轮形状为倒置梯形圆锥体,圆锥体上有多片斜置叶片,转动时叶片将水甩至空气中并飞溅成水花落入鱼塘,达到鱼池增氧目的。这种增氧机效率虽较高,但对鱼塘的水平,垂直增氧作用范围都较小,结构复杂,造价较高,近几年改用螺旋浆形增氧机,利用高速转动的螺旋浆推动水体,形成负压,将空气吸入水中达到增氧目的,这种增氧机有较高的增氧动力效率,较强的水平和垂直对流,但因其叶片直径较大,容易打伤鱼体,且气泡直径较大渗透效果差。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,不伤害鱼体,对鱼塘的水平,垂直方向增氧效果都较好的增氧机。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型包括电机(1)和与电机转动轴(2)连接的接轴(5),其特征为接轴(5)的前部设有螺杆式叶轮(6),螺杆式叶轮(6)的前端设有离心泵叶轮(7)。
本实用新型将二种不同类型的叶轮结合在一起,前叶轮为离心泵叶轮,转动时产生离心力,形成负压吸入空气,并以垂直方向喷射,使细微气泡进入高速水流区,增氧效果好;又由于后叶轮为螺杆式叶轮,具有强大的推力,提高了水平和垂直的对流效果,且因叶轮直径较小不伤鱼体。

本实施例电机(1)的转动轴(2)上固定连接接轴(5),接轴(5)为中空状,接轴(5)的前部设有螺杆式叶轮(6),螺杆式叶轮(6)的前端设有离心泵叶轮(7),两叶轮可直接制成一体,也可分别制作后焊接成一体,接轴(5)的外部可增设一套筒(4)套筒(4)和接轴(5)上开有通气孔(3),以提高增氧效果。
使用时可用浮体支架将本实用新型的电机浮出水面,叶轮沉入水中,可通过改变水平角度调节增氧深度。本实用新型也可用于污水处理及液体搅拌。

1、一种高效增氧机,包括电机(1)和与电机转动轴(2)连接的接轴(5),其特征为接轴(5)的前部设有螺杆式叶轮(6),螺杆式叶轮( 6)的前端设有离心泵叶轮(7)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种高效增氧机,其特征为接轴(5)的外部设有套筒(4),套筒(4)和接轴(5)上开有通气孔(3)。
