Abstract
一种高分辨率单探头内应力磁测仪的探头,属检测仪器。该探头为一由软磁材料制成的圆柱体,一端十字形切开,成为二对相互垂直的铁芯;在一对铁芯上绕激磁线圈,另一对铁芯上绕检测线圈。用本内应力磁测仪可以测得构件表面浓度为0.1mm-1.5mm范围内的内应力。
Description
本实用新型涉及金属材料内应力的无损检测,属检测仪器。
在工业生产及日常生活中常需要对工程构件中的内应力进行无损检测,以了解构件中内应力状况,国内已有的磁检测仪,由于检测面积要求大,(15mm×15mm)且检测时必须同时使用一个参考探头(即双探头法),其检测分辨率不高。因此大大限制了该法的实际应用范围。
木实用新型的目的是提供一种分辨率较高的、不用参考探头的磁测仪的探头。
本实用新型的探头为一由软磁材料制成的园柱体,其一端十字形切开,成为二对相互垂直的铁芯,在一对铁芯上绕激磁线圈,另一对铁芯上绕检测线圈,由于采用高导磁软磁材料,所以探头的直径可制成φ10mm以下。

本实用新型的探头结构如图1所示,为一由软磁材料(如铁铝1J16)制成的园柱体,其一端十字切开,成二对相互垂直的铁芯,一对铁芯上(1,2)绕以激磁线圈,另一对铁芯(3,4)上绕以检测线圈,线圈的匝数可按所需激磁强度及检测信号的大小而定。二个线圈的引线都接入信号处理及显示系统。
本实用新型探头使用时,将探头放在被测工件上转动,在激磁线圈上通以交变电流后,即可在检测线圈上测得相应的电信号,将该信号进行处理后即可得知被测件上的内应力情况。
用本实用新型的内应力磁测仪检测构件内应力,当激磁电源在频率50HZ~5000HZ范围内调整时,可测得深度达0.1mm-1.5mm,检测灵敏度为2—3kg/mm2。

1、一种高分辨率单探头内应力磁测仪的探头,其特征是探头为一由软磁材料制成的圆柱体,其一端十字形切开,成为二对相互垂直的铁芯;在一对铁芯上绕激磁线圈,另一对铁芯上绕检测线圈。
