一种称重传感式尿流计,属电子测量技术领域,其讯号传导部分采用电阻应变式称重传感器作为传感元件,并在传感器组件的结构上做了合理设计,将上盖做成边沿突出形并与传感器支重件粘接,病人尿液经漏斗进入放在传感器组件上的尿杯,即可感应重量信号转为电信号,输入主机进行数据处理,达到测量精确,故障率低,自动化程度高,可广泛用于各医院泌尿科。

Description

称重传感式尿流计
本实用新型涉及传感器应用,属电子测量技术领域。
尿流测定是一种评价排尿功能的无损伤无接触检查,能客观地反映排尿疾病故障的性质和程度,测定的尿流率曲线和各项参数可用于分析判断下尿路功能障碍,同时也可以用于客观地评价各种治疗方法的效果。尿流计是各级医院泌尿科的必备仪器。目前各医院使用的尿流计采用旋转式的冲量传感器,传感器中旋转电机受到的阻力与尿流量之间有一定的关系,将此信号转换成电信号后传送到尿流计主机。由于旋转电机故障率较高,加上尿液腐蚀作用,影响了电机寿命,同时电机转动磨损造成积累误差,使测量不够准确,测量信号的噪声也较大。
本实用新型的发明目的是设计一种结构更合理的尿流计,以提高测量精度、降低故障率,降低信号噪声,同时配以计算机数据处理,使整机功能更齐全,操作安全简便。
为实现这样的发明目的,本实用新型的讯号传导部分采用电阻应变式精密称重传感器作为传感元件,并在传感器组件结构上作了合理设计。图1为尿流计传导部分结构图。主支杆1通过紧固螺丝7固定在底座8上,漏斗2用漏斗环3套住,也由紧固螺丝固定在主支杆1上,传感器组件5用固定在主支杆上的托板托住,尿杯4置放在传感器组件5上,漏斗不能碰尿杯。信号电缆接头6置于传感器组件5的下端。当病人的小便经漏斗2进入尿杯4的任一时刻,传感器感应已排尿液的重量信号Gt,并将其转化成电信号Vt,经信号电缆输入尿流计主机。为防腐蚀生锈,漏斗和尿杯均可采用不锈钢材料。
图2是传感器组件6的剖面图。传感器支重件9用两个螺丝18固紧在传感器12上,在传感器12下面置一块垫板14,两个固定螺丝13穿过下壳体11和垫块14固定传感器,下壳体11用两个螺丝15固定在托板17上,在托板17下再垫上一块衬筋16以加强强度,上盖10做成外沿突出形;略大于下壳体11,与支重件9用粘接办法连接。
采用了这样的传感器组件连接,使之结构更加合理,上盖做成外沿突出形使尿杯不易滑落,传感器支重件与上盖之间采用粘接方式,使上盖无孔无隙,平整好放尿杯,且上盖又略大于下壳体,在尿液万一溅出尿杯时也不会渗入传感器组件。信号电缆接头置于传感器组件下端,既安全又美观。
图3为主机测量控制电路的框图。在主机中,经信号电缆传送过来的电信号Vt经滤波电路、放大电路滤波放大后,进入A/D转换器,转换成数字信号VD后,送入计算机计算处理,即可测得此时的尿流量Gt,并换算成尿量体积Qt,尿流量对时间进行微分处理计算后即为尿流率。测得的数据,可在四色绘图打印机上输出,亦可以在面板上实时显示。
在本实用新型的一个实施例中,主支杆1为φ12×70cm,A字型底座,尿杯用φ14×8cm不锈钢杯,漏斗用φ30×H16×颈长2,传感器组件结构按图2所述的连接方式安装,其中上盖为φ16.5cm,外沿突出形,下壳体为φ16×87cm,均用不锈钢材料所制。主机测量控制电路如图3框图,微处理机用8031单片机,一次可以实时自动测得尿流量、平均尿流率、最大尿流率及对应时间等数据,并自动描绘出曲线。
本实用新型由于采用了电阻应变式精密称重传感器作为传感元件,测量精度高,信号噪声小。由于为静止式,没有旋转机构,所以故障率低、寿命长。配上计算机数据处理,使之自动化程度高,功能齐全。

Claims (3)

1、一种称重传感尿流计,由讯号传导部分和主机组成,主支杆1通过紧固螺丝7固定在底座8上,漏斗2用漏斗环3套住并固定在主支杆1上,其特征在于采用的称重式传感器组件5用固定在主支杆上的托板17托住,尿杯4置放在传感器组件5上,信号电缆接头6置于传感器组件5的下端,在传感器组件5中,传感器支重件9用螺丝18固紧在传感器12上,在传感器12下面置一块垫板14,两个固定螺丝13穿过下壳体11和垫块14固定传感器,下壳体11用螺丝15固定在托板17上,上盖10做成边沿突出形,略大于下壳体11,与支重件9用粘接办法连接。
2、一种如权利要求1所说的尿流计,其特征在于在托板17下垫上一块衬筋16以加强强度。
3、一种如权利要求2所说的尿流计,其特征在于漏斗和尿杯均采用不锈钢材料制成。
