Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种流化床反应器结构上的改 进,在高温强放热反应中流化床反应器中的砂芯分布 板常被腐蚀堵塞,导致反应无法进行。本装置是用弧 形板反吹结构做流化床的流化方式,不但消除堵塞, 而且增加了反应物不用预热的优点,经连续三百小时 的实验,证明该结构作为反应床的流化方式是成功 的。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种流化床反应器结构上的改进。
流化床在催化反应中应用广泛,从分散效果看,以砂芯分布板型床为好。在高温强放热反应中,反应器材质一般选用石英玻璃。而石英砂芯板是分布板型流化床的关键部份。但在试验中发现,石英砂芯板易被粉尘以及催化剂的腐蚀所堵塞,致使流化状态逐渐恶化。当反应进行到三十小时左右,就发生沟流、返混,床前压升高等不良状况,使反应结果不断下降。由此看出石英砂芯分布板型流化床不能保证长时间好效果流化的关键问题是易堵。
本实用新型的目的是用弧形板反吹原理从结构上避开了容易堵塞的弱点,而设计的一种流化床反应器。
本实用新型通过如下措施来实现:反应器为圆柱形,上部为沉降段,下部为反应段,反应物由顶部进入位于反应器中央的热交换管,然后垂直吹向弧形状的反吹板,并被反向导入催化剂床层进行反应,反应产物在沉降段进行分离后,由顶部出口排出。
用本实用新型改进的流化床反应器进行了三百小时的实验,证明流化效果是成功的,主要优点是解决了堵塞,床前压稳定,反应物不需另外预热。
为了更好地理解本发明,通过附图进行更具体地说明:
图1为流化床的整体示意图,它由内外两套原件用连接塞11套接构成。外套件由沉降段7,反应物出口8,反应段外壁10,催化剂卸出口9构成。内套件由原料进口1,热电偶套管2,塔板4,热交换管5,反吹板3,连接棒6构成。
图2是反应段的局部放大图(为了容易理解其反吹原理,将图1中的连接棒6删去),由热电偶套管2,热交换管5,塔板4,反吹板3,反应段外壁10,催化剂卸出口9构成。图中a为管5与反吹板3之间的通气间隙。
进行反应时,反应物从口1进入,在塔板4区间获得反应热的交换,并垂直冲向弧形板从管5与反吹板3的间隙a处被反向导入到催化剂床层进行反应。反应后的物料在经过沉降段进行固体分离后,经出口8结束。
本发明的关键是:热交换管5位于反应管中央并垂直于反吹板3,且反吹板为弧形。
本发明可以用于任何多相催化反应中。如果用陶瓷等耐腐蚀材料做反应管,则能适用于高于800℃以上的任何流化反应中。

1、一种流化床反应器,由内外两套原件用连接塞11套接构成,外套件由沉降段7,反应物出口8,反应段外壁10,卸催化剂口9构成,内套件由反应原料进口1,热偶套管2,塔板4,热交换管5组成,其特征在于热交换管5位于反应管中央,并垂直于反吹板3,反吹板为弧形。
