本申请涉及一种液体(主要是水)的输送管。
与本实用新型较为相关的是塑料水管,公知的塑料水管为光管,其有壁厚、弹性差、成本高的缺陷,在使用过程中由于上述缺陷,存在诸多不便,比如重量较重、搬运费力、弹性差则弯折不便,用力弯折易折断,影响使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足,设计一种薄壁弹性水管,使其具有壁薄、弹性好、使用方便的特点。
实现上述目的的主要技术方案是:该薄壁弹性管包括管壁,其特征是管壁的外表面是光滑的,管壁的内表面均匀分布有纵向细纹,管壁厚度为1.5mm左右,采用聚乙烯材料制造。
附图1是本实用新型的结构示意图;

如图1所示,该薄壁弹性管的管壁(1)较薄,其厚度仅为1.5mm左右,管壁外表面是光滑的,管壁内表面均匀分布有纵向细纹(2)。该弹性管的长度L不限。
为了减轻塑料水管的重量,只有将其管壁变薄,相应的由于管壁变薄,因而使其具有较好的弹性。但是将管壁变薄则必然会导致水管的抗压强度、耐折性能等方面的功能下降,基于这方面的原因,本实用新型在水管的内壁表面设置有均匀分布的纵向细纹,由于该纵向细纹的存在,经实验表明,薄壁水管在输送水的过程中抗压强度得以提高,耐折性能增强,各方面的性能都强于现有的塑料水管。
因此,本实用新型的优点是管壁薄,用料少,重量轻,弹性好,抗压性能、耐折性能均好于同类产品。可广泛用于各行业输送液体特别是水,尤其适用于农业排灌。
