Description

本实用新型涉及中药提取制剂工程中，一种适用于中药提取和提取液浓缩的设备。
中药提取和提取液浓缩二个单元操作，通常采用提取罐和浓缩锅二个设备。医院中药制剂室需用一种有提取和浓缩二个功能的提取装置。目前，这类设备作提取液浓缩时，由于采用蒸汽夹层加热，效率低，易起泡沫而不易操作。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足而提供适用于医院中药制剂室用的一种中药提取装置，它具有中药提取和提取液浓缩二种功能，提取液浓缩时消泡沫性能好，容易操作，效率较高。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：在蒸汽夹层型中药提取罐的下部，设上、下连接管和一个立式列管加热器相连，连接管上有蝶阀。在作中药提取时，关闭蝶阀，提取用水用泵经列管加热器加温经水管道注入提取罐内，用罐体的蒸汽夹层加热提取。提取液减压浓缩时，开蝶阀，吸入提取液，以列管加热器作加热器、提取罐作蒸发室开成外循环式蒸发器进行蒸发操作。这样使设备具有中药提取和提取液作外循环浓缩两种功能。
本实用新型因为只需要在中药提取罐的下部连上一个立式列管加热器，使提取罐具有外循环蒸发器的功能，使装置具有提取和浓缩两种功能，这样减低了设备投资和占地面积。它作中药提取时，立式列管加热器可予热提取水，可缩短加热时间；作提取液浓缩时，由于外循环式浓缩具有消泡性好而容易操作，传热系数较高，而使设备效率较高。
实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及附图给出。
附图是根据本实用新型提出的中药提取装置的结构和流程图。
下面结合附图详细说明根据本实用新型提出的设备结构及操作流程。
该装置包括一个罐体（1）和立式列管加热器（2），它们之间由上连接管（3）和下连接管（4）连接，上连接管（3）和罐体（1）是切线方向相连，上连接管（3）上有蝶阀A（5），下连接管（4）上有蝶阀B（6）。在罐体（1）上有蒸汽夹层（7）、出渣门（8）和过滤网（9）。另有离心泵（10）和水力喷射泵（11）。作中药提取时，从投料口（16）投入中药，打开阀（12）、（13），用离心泵（10）将提取水经立式列管加热器（2）制成温水，注入罐体（1）。再用蒸汽夹层（7）加热提取至规定时间，打开阀（14）（15），用离心泵（10）将提取液泵出。提取完毕，打开出渣门（8），将药渣排出。作提取液浓缩时，打开蝶阀A（5）、蝶阀B（6），启动水力喷射真空泵（11），使设备造成真空，提取液经阀（16）吸入设备内，用立式列管加热器（2）加热浓缩。最终当液位低、不易用列管加热器（2）加热时，关闭蝶阀A（5）、蝶阀B（6），将立式列管加热器（2）内的药液经阀（16）、（17）和当中的软管吸入罐体（1）。药液继续用蒸汽夹层（7）加热至一定浓度，中药浸膏经阀（18）放出。

1、一种改进的中药提取装置，它由罐体(1)、蒸汽夹层(7)、出渣门(8)、投料口(16)等组成，其特征在于在罐体(1)的下部用上连接管(3)和下连接管(4)和立式列管加热器(2)相连，作外循环式蒸发。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是在上连接管（3）上有蝶阀A（5），在下连接管（4）上有蝶阀B（6）。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是上连接管（3）和罐体（1）是切线方向相连。
