15. The wiper element holder according to claim 1, wherein the wiper element holder is a dowel for inserting a slot on the wiper element therein.
16. The wiper element holder according to any one of claims 1 to 8, 10, 11, 13 to 15, wherein the access opening is provided with a cover for opening or closing the access opening.
17. The wiper element holder according to any one of claims 1 to 8, 10, 11, 13 to 15, wherein a bottom surface of the case body is recessed upward.
18. The wiper element holder according to any one of claims 4 to 8, 10, 11, wherein a mating portion is provided on the wiper element for being sandwiched between the first limiting surface and one of the side walls.

The wiper element holder according to claim 18, wherein the fitting portion is a rib provided along the insertion and extraction direction of the wiper element, the wiper element includes an extrusion portion that is located between the two second limiting surfaces when the rib is sandwiched between the first limiting surface and one of the side walls.
20. A wiper blade cartridge assembly comprising the wiper blade cartridge of any one of claims 1 to 19, and further comprising a wiper blade disposed in the wiper blade placement position.

The wiper blade cartridge assembly of claim 20, wherein the wiper blade includes an outer end and an inner end disposed in a direction of insertion and extraction of the wiper blade, the inner end being adapted to be inserted into the wiper blade placement position, the outer end being provided with a handle.

The wiper blade receiver assembly as set forth in claim 20, wherein the wiper blade includes an extrusion surface, the wiper blade being provided with ribs along a direction of insertion thereof, the ribs including a first surface facing the same direction as the extrusion surface, the first surface not exceeding any position of the extrusion surface along the extrusion direction of the extrusion surface.
23. A cleaning assembly comprising a mop and a wiper blade cartridge assembly of any one of claims 20 to 22, wherein a wiper blade in the wiper blade cartridge is insertable into the mop for wringing, and a wiper blade removed from the mop is storable in the wiper blade cartridge.
