4. The blade holder as set forth in claim 3, wherein the wavy plate (200) and the flat plate (300) are each in a plurality and alternately arranged, and the insert groove (400) is formed between any adjacent wavy plate (200) and flat plate (300).

A blade holder according to claim 4, characterized in that the side of the plate (300) facing the insert pocket (400) is provided with a plurality of protrusions (310), that any adjacent protrusions (310) form between them a channel for guiding residual moisture, and that the ends of the protrusions (310) facing the insert pocket (400) together form the positioning surface.
6. The blade holder as set forth in claim 5, wherein the plurality of protrusions (310) are each a rib having a length direction at an angle to a length direction of the insert pocket (400) and are arranged in parallel with each other.
7. A blade holder according to any one of claims 2-6, wherein the insert pocket (400) is open at both the upper and lower ends, and the blade body is insertable through the upper end opening of the insert pocket (400) and partially protrudes from the lower end opening of the insert pocket (400).
8. The blade rest as set forth in claim 7, wherein the plate (300) is provided with a rounded structure for guiding a blade body inserted into the blade pocket (400) at the upper end opening of the blade pocket (400).
9. A tool holder comprising a base (600) and a tool holder according to any of claims 1-8;
the base (600) is provided with a cavity with an opening at the upper end, the support (100) of the knife rest is in inserting fit with the base (600), and the knife body inserted into the knife inserting groove (400) is positioned in the cavity.
10. The knife holder of claim 9, wherein the base (600) further comprises a placement rod (610), the placement rod (610) being disposed outside the cavity of the base (600).
