According to the cooker body 100 of the application, the heat of the heating device 130 is transferred to the side surface of the inner cooker 150 through the heat transfer element 140, which is beneficial to enhancing the cooking of upper layer food in the inner cooker 150, improving the heating uniformity and the cooking effect, and the heat transfer element 140 contacts with the heating device 130 and the inner cooker 150 by utilizing the opening on the heat preservation cover 110, most of the heat transfer element 140 is hidden at the outer side of the heat preservation cover 110, improving the looking effect, and also reducing the possibility of false touch of users and improving the use experience of users.
As a preferred embodiment, the heat transfer member 140 is pivotably provided to the heat preservation cover 110. Specifically, the heat transfer member 140 further includes a pivoting portion 143, and the pivoting portion 143 is located between the first contact portion 141 and the second contact portion 142. The heat transfer member 140 is pivotably provided to the heat insulation cover 110 by a pivot portion 143. Correspondingly, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the heat insulation cover 110 is provided with a fitting portion 113, and the fitting portion 113 is fitted with the pivoting portion 143, for example, both are linked by a pin shaft to realize the pivoting of the heat transfer member 140 with respect to the pin shaft.
The heating device 130 is configured to be capable of moving up and down, for example, the heating device 130 may be moved up and down by an elastic member. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the elastic assembly includes an elastic member 104, a columnar portion 135, and a stopper 136. One end of the columnar portion 135 is disposed at the bottom side of the heating device 130, the other end (the end far away from the heating device 130) of the columnar portion 135 extends through the heat insulation cover 110, and the elastic member 104 is sleeved on the columnar portion 135, so that one end of the elastic member 104 can be connected with the heating device 130, and the other end is disposed on the heat insulation cover 110. The limiting member 136 is disposed at an end portion of the columnar portion 135 away from the heating device 130, so that the heat insulation cover 110 is partially located between the limiting member 136 and the heating device 130, thereby limiting the movement range of the heating device 130 and avoiding the falling-out thereof. Preferably, the three columnar portions 135 are uniformly spaced apart in the circumferential direction. The elastic member 104 may be in a compressed state such that the heating device 130 has a tendency to move upward. Also, the second contact portion 142 is configured to have a tendency to pivot in a direction away from the center of the heat preservation cover 110.
When the inner pan 150 is placed on the heating device 130, the heating device 130 moves downward and drives the first contact portion 141 of the heat transfer member 140 to pivot, so that the second contact portion 142 pivots in a direction approaching the inner pan 150 and abuts against the inner pan 150. As shown in fig. 1, the first contact portion 141 is in contact with the heating device 130, and the second contact portion 142 is in contact with the inner pan 150. When the inner pot 150 is taken out, the heating device 130 moves upward, and the second contact portion 142 pivots in a direction away from the center of the accommodating chamber 103. As shown in fig. 2, the inner pot is lifted up, and the second contact part 142 is automatically separated from the sidewall of the inner pot 150. The heat transfer element 140 is arranged in a lever mode, so that the heat transfer element 140 contacts with the inner pot 150 after the inner pot 150 is placed, the heat transfer element 140 is automatically far away after the inner pot 150 is taken out, scalding of a user is avoided, and user experience can be improved.
In the illustrated embodiment, since the first contact portion 141 has an upwardly facing surface when the first contact portion 141 is used to contact the middle ring portion 132 and/or the inner ring portion 131, the size of the first opening 111 is large to facilitate the smooth passage of the first contact portion 141, and the fitting portion 113 is disposed at the edge of the first opening 111. Preferably, the mating portion 113 is configured as a flange of the first opening 111 for ease of machining.
More specific structure of the heat transfer member 140 referring to fig. 7, the heat transfer member 140 further includes a first connection portion 144 and a second connection portion 145. Wherein, the first connecting portion 144 and the second connecting portion 145 are connected with the pivoting portion 143 and are separately disposed at two sides of the pivoting portion 143. The first connection portion 144 extends from the pivot portion 143 in a direction approaching the center of the heat preservation cover 110 and upward, and the first contact portion 141 is connected to an upper end of the first connection portion 144. The second connection portion 145 extends from the pivot portion 143 in a direction away from the center of the heat preservation cover 110 and upward, and the second contact portion 142 is connected to an upper end of the second connection portion 145. Thus, the first contact portion 141 is made to have a surface facing the heating device 130, and the second contact portion 142 is made to have a surface facing the inner pan 150, which is advantageous in improving the contact effect of the first contact portion 141 and the second contact portion 142 with the heating device 130 and the inner pan 150, respectively.
The heating device 130 includes an inner ring portion 131, a middle ring portion 132 disposed outside the inner ring portion 131, and an outer ring portion 133 disposed outside the middle ring portion 132. The first contact portion 141 of the heat transfer member 140 may be in contact with the inner ring portion 131, may be in contact with the middle ring portion 132, or may be in contact with the outer ring portion 133. For example, in the present embodiment, the first contact portion 141 extends from the upper end of the first connecting portion 144 in a direction approaching the center line of the heat preservation cover 110, and the first contact portion 141 is for contact with the middle ring portion 132 and/or the inner ring portion 131. As a preferred embodiment, the middle ring portion 132 of the heating device 130 is provided with a heating wire, and the first contact portion 141 of the heat transfer member 140 is preferably in contact with the middle ring portion 132. For example, fig. 8 shows the contact area 134 of the middle ring portion 132 of the heating device 130 with the heat transfer member 140.
As an alternative embodiment, the surface of the second contact part 142 for contacting the inner pot 150 is flush with the inner side profile of the heat preservation cover 110 or is located outside the inner side profile of the heat preservation cover 110 when the inner pot 150 is removed. Thus, the second contact portion 142 is provided not to protrude from the inner surface of the heat preservation cover 110, further improving the safety of use and improving the visual experience.
It should be noted that, since the pivoting direction of the second contact portion 142 is away from the inner pan 150 when the inner pan 150 is taken out, in order to avoid the second contact portion 142 from being excessively pivoted to contact with the housing 101 or other structural components, it is preferable to provide the limiting portion 115 on the heat insulation cover 110. Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the limiting portion 115 protrudes from the outer surface of the heat insulation cover 110 and at least partially shields the second opening 112, and when the inner pot 150 is removed, the second contact portion 142 interferes with the limiting portion 115.
Specifically, the stopper 115 includes a base portion 117 and a blocking portion 118, wherein the base portion 117 extends in a direction away from the heat preservation cover 110 for providing a depth to which the second contact 142 pivots outwardly. The blocking portion 118 extends from the base portion 117 in a direction toward the middle of the second opening 112 to form a partial shielding of the second opening 112. Thus, when the second contact portion 142 is pivoted outward, it is restrained by the blocking portion 118 after being pivoted by a certain angle.
As a preferred embodiment, the stopper 115 is configured as a flange provided at the edge of the second opening 112. More preferably, both side edges of the second opening 112 in the circumferential direction of the heat preservation cover 110 are provided with two stopper portions 115.
With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the heat-insulating cover 110 is also preferably provided with a reinforcing flange 116, and the reinforcing flange 116 is disposed at an upper edge of the second opening 112 and connected to the limiting portion 115. Thereby, the strength of the edge portion of the second opening 112, in particular, the strength of the stopper 115 can be enhanced.
Second embodiment
Fig. 9 to 13 illustrate a pot 200 of a cooking appliance according to a second embodiment of the present application. The pot 200 of the second embodiment is different from the pot 100 of the first embodiment in the contact position of the heat transfer member 140 with the heating device 130.
Fig. 9 shows that the first contact portion 241 abuts against the heating device 130, and the second contact portion 142 abuts against the inner pan 150. Fig. 10 shows a case where the inner pan is lifted up, and the second contact portion 142 is automatically separated from the sidewall of the inner pan 150.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the heat transfer member 140 is in contact with the outer ring portion 133 of the heating device 130, for example, fig. 13 shows a contact area 234 of the outer ring portion 133 of the heating device 130 and the heat transfer member 140. In this case, the first contact portion 241 extends from the upper end of the first connection portion 144 in a direction away from the center of the heat preservation cover 110. In this case, the first contact portion 241 has a surface disposed obliquely so as to face the outer ring portion 133 of the heating device 130. Thus, the first opening 211 having a smaller size is required to allow the first contact portion 241 to pass smoothly. In this way, the fitting portion 213 may be spaced apart from the first opening 211, and the smaller opening is advantageous for maintaining the strength and the insulation effect of the insulation cover 110. The engaging portion 213 may be a flange provided at the bottom wall of the heat insulating cover 110, that is, a further opening is provided at a distance from the first opening 211, and the engaging portion 213 is configured as a flange of the further opening.
