The center line of the latch 45 is line D, which is understood to be an assembly line running through the connection point of the lid and the body, which assembly line does not run through the center of the lid, but is located near the front side.
Compared with the manner in the first embodiment, the latch 15 and the slot 25 are both arranged along the tangential direction, so in this case, the assembly line of the latch 15 and the slot 25 is the center line C of the lid. However, in the present embodiment, since the latch 45 is not provided along a tangent line but is provided on the front side, the situation is different. Taking the right side latch 45 inserted into the right side slot 25 as an example, the line C of the center line of the pot cover is at the left rear of the line D of the assembly line of the right side latch, and in order to insert the right side latch 45 into the right side slot 25, the whole pot cover needs to be moved along the line B to the left rear, that is, the line D is moved to the original position of the line C, that is, the intersection point of the line B and the line D is the center point of the slot 25. The cover is closer to the rear side of the pot body, and the front side of the cover is also moved backward and leftward, thereby preventing the user from easily touching the cover with his hands when operating the cover at the front side. Here, as can be seen in conjunction with the previous fig. 10, the position of the lid in fig. 10 is close to the state before the movement. In theory, the slot 25 may also be moved in the same manner, but moving the slot 25 to the rear side causes some inconvenience in use for the user.

As used in this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.

Claims (12)

1. A cooking utensil, including the pot body that is used for holding the food of waiting to cook and be used for closing the pot cover on the pot body, its characterized in that: the cooking utensil is provided with a front side convenient to operate and a rear side far away from the front side, and the pot body is provided with a slot which is arranged on the inclined rear side of the pot body; the edge of the pot cover is provided with a bolt, and the bolt extends outwards from the edge of the pot cover in a horizontally placed state; when the pot cover is separated from the pot body, the bolt is inserted into the slot, so that the pot cover is fixed on the inclined rear side of the pot body, when a user inserts the pot cover into the slot, an arm does not need to extend to the rear side of the pot body, and when the user holds food, the user cannot easily touch the pot cover with a hand.
2. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bolt has a certain width along the circumferential direction, and the front side of the bolt in the circumferential direction is lower than the rear side of the bolt, so that the front side of the pot cover deflects backwards by a certain angle after the pot cover is inserted into the slot, and a user is prevented from easily touching the front side of the pot cover by hands when operating the front side.

A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the slot has certain width along the circumferential direction, and the front side of the circumferential direction is farther away from the center of the pot body than the rear side of the slot, so that the pot cover is inserted into the slot, the front side of the pot cover deflects backwards by a certain angle, and therefore the pot cover is prevented from being easily touched by hands of a user when the user operates the pot cover on the front side.
4. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the central line of the bolt is positioned at the front side of the center of the pot cover, so that after the pot cover is inserted into the slot, the pot cover is closer to the rear side of the pot body, and therefore, a user is prevented from easily touching the pot cover by hands when operating at the front side.
5. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the slot is gradually inclined backwards and extends from the lower side to the upper side, so that the pot cover is inclined backwards after being inserted into the slot, and a user is prevented from easily touching the pot cover by hands when operating at the front side.
6. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the cooker body is provided with two slots which are arranged left and right, and the cooker cover is provided with two bolts which are arranged left and right so as to respectively facilitate the left and right hands to insert and place the cooker cover.
7. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the pot body is provided with interior pot in, the both sides of interior pot are equipped with and hold the interior pot handle of getting of being convenient for interior pot, and aforementioned two slots are close to corresponding interior pot handle respectively, but do not influence the follow the internal end of pot is got interior pot.
8. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pot body is established including the base, the annular cover that are used for supporting the pot body shell, the cover on the base cover plate on the shell with place the interior pot in the middle of the cover plate, the cover plate is close to interior pot is equipped with the guiding gutter, the slot is located the outside of guiding gutter is higher than the guiding gutter.
9. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pot cover comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, the bolt is integrally formed by the upper cover, the bolt is of a hollow design and is provided with a cavity, and reinforcing ribs are arranged in the cavity.
10. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the lower cover is further provided with an opening stopping mechanism, the opening stopping mechanism is arranged on the edge of the lower cover and protrudes outwards, a groove is formed in the pot body, the opening stopping mechanism can be clamped into the groove, and the pot cover is prevented from rotating relative to the pot body.
11. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the upper cover comprises a main body cover and a detachable cover, wherein a through opening is formed in the middle of the main body cover, the detachable cover is installed at the opening, and a wrench part is formed on the front side edge of the detachable cover.
12. A cooking appliance as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the cooking appliance is an electric pressure cooker, the cover can rotate between a locking position and an opening position relative to the cooker body, and the bolt is arranged at a proper position of the cover, so that when the cover is positioned at the opening position, the bolt is aligned with the corresponding slot of the cooker body.
