Description

本实用新型涉及一种油田采稠油用圆盘式注蒸汽阀。
现有技术中油田用的注汽阀结构需旋起阀杆启闭阀,所以密封性能不好,另外结构复杂、成本高。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、密封性能好、成本低的圆盘式注蒸汽阀。
本实用新型的目的这样实现的:一种圆盘式注蒸汽阀,包括有阀体(1)、填料衬套(2)、阀杆(3),其特征在于下阀瓣(4)设置在阀体(1)底端,上阀瓣(5)与阀杆(3)相配合,上阀瓣侧面是一半圆体,并与填料衬套(2)内侧相配合。
同现有的油田用注汽阀相比,本实用新型部件少、结构简单、成本低,而且由于上、下阀瓣通过平面旋转启闭阀,所以无需提起阀杆,密封性能好。
下面结合附图详细叙述本实用新型的技术解决方案。
图1是圆盘式注蒸汽阀的示意图。
如图1,圆盘式注蒸汽阀的阀体1底端设置有下阀瓣4,上阀瓣5与阀杆3相配合,填料衬套2设于阀体1内,阀杆3设于阀体1内,下端与填料衬套2内侧相配合,阀杆3靠填料7密封,填料7上端设压盖8,阀杆顶端连有手柄9,顺时针拨动手柄180°即可启闭阀,螺帽6压紧手柄9。上述上、下阀瓣接触面的粗糙度在 0.4/(√) 。

1、一种圆盘式注蒸汽阀,包括有阀体(1)、填料衬套(2)、阀杆(3),其特征在于下阀瓣(4)设置在阀体(1)底端,上阀瓣(5)与阀杆(3)相配合上阀瓣侧面是一半圆体,并与填料衬套(2)内侧相配合。
2、根据权利要求1所述的圆盘式注蒸汽阀,其特征在于上、下阀瓣接触面的粗糙度在 0.4/(√) 。
