The glue spreading width is adjusted through the adjusting knob, and the glue spreading thickness is adjusted along the radial direction through the driving motor driving sliding plate. Then adding colloidal particles into the glue melting device, heating and melting the colloidal particles by a colloidal particle preheater, pressurizing by a pressure pump, and conveying the colloidal particles into a glue cavity of a glue spreader by a conveying hose. Finally, parameter setting is carried out through an operation button on a human-computer interface, such as the feeding speed, the feeding speed of a feeding reel, the air outlet pressure in a cooling assembly and the like, so as to finish the preparation work before gluing.
2. When the gluing device of the embodiment works, the edge sealing strip drives and conveys materials through the conveying component after being discharged through the discharging reel, the edge sealing strip enters the gluing component to conduct gluing procedures after passing through the discharging buffer component, after gluing is completed, the edge sealing strip is conveyed to the material collecting buffer component through the annular conveying line, and meanwhile air cooling and heat dissipation are conducted along the annular conveying line through the axial flow fan.
3. And finally, outputting the edge sealing strip from the material receiving buffer assembly, and then rolling the edge sealing strip by a material receiving disc to curl and receive materials, thereby completing the automatic gluing process of the edge sealing strip.
The above is the automatic gluing process of the gluing device of the embodiment, and each component of the gluing device of the application is reasonably arranged, and when in actual use, the installation of each component can be performed in a structurally symmetrical mode, so that the components are reasonably arranged, and the occupied space of the equipment is reduced.
