The sensor assembly is used to detect the presence or absence of tape 200 on the tray assembly 12. The guide roller 20 has the same structure as the spring roller 151 and will not be described again.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the adhesive pulling module 40 is located in front of the adhesive clamping module 30, and is used for clamping the adhesive tape head on the adhesive clamping module 30 and driving the adhesive tape head to move forward to pull the adhesive tape 200 out by a predetermined length. The glue driving module 90 is used for driving the glue mounting seats 41 of the two glue pulling modules 40 to move back and forth. The tape cutting module 50 includes a cutting mount 51, a cutting drive 52, and a cutter 54. The support driving member 62 drives the support block 61 to move in a direction approaching or separating from the cutter 54, so that the position of the support block 61 in the left-right direction can be adjusted, and the adhesive tape 200 with different thickness can be adapted.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the tape moving and beating module 70 is used for sucking the tape 200 before the tape cutting module 50 cuts the drawn tape 200 and for applying the tape 200 after the tape cutting module 50 cuts the drawn tape 200. The rubber-moving and rubber-beating mounting plate 72 is slidably arranged on one side, close to the adhesive tape cutting module 50, of the rubber-moving and rubber-beating mounting seat 71 through a rubber-moving and rubber-beating sliding rail assembly.
