Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种多功能硬质包装箱，其主要 是箱壁的四周结合部位采用“Ω”型合叶连接，并在合 叶的上、下端固定有锁扣，箱盖与箱底的四周边沿均 采用带有凹槽的金属边框固定，并在箱盖、箱底的内 侧固定有锁齿，在使用时，将箱体撑开，箱体的上下边 沿插入箱盖，箱底的凹槽中扣合，锁扣与锁齿相互咬 合即可锁定，一旦箱盖、箱底被开，将留下被开痕迹， 再无法复原，同时在空箱运输时，将箱体左右随意合 拢即可，该包装箱使用方便，安全可靠，是现行包装箱 理想的换代产品。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种物品包装箱
目前各个生产、经营领域广泛使用的包装箱主要有四大类，即瓦楞纸箱、木箱、人造板箱、塑料箱。这四种类型的包装箱均功能单一，在使用中密封性、防尘性、防雨、防晒、防水等性能较差，同时很容易被假冒仿造，中国专利94208402.0设计了一种新型防伪包装箱，本实用新型在此基础上，经过多次试验再次设计出一种多功能硬质包装箱。
本实用新型目的在于，提供一种多功能硬质装箱，其主要是在四周箱壁的连接处，采用“Ω”合叶连接，该连接后的箱体可任意随左右方向合拢，箱子的上下盖四周边沿采用带有凹槽的金属边框一次成型固定，箱子的上下盖与箱体的连接采用锁扣与锁齿相互咬合锁定，在使用时一旦箱子的上下盖被开，即可留下痕迹，无法复原，充分起到了防伪的作用，同时该箱防雨、防晒、防鼠咬，密封性强，防尘效果好，在运输中可将箱盖、箱底及合拢后的箱体摞叠运输，使用时将箱体撑开，恢复原状扣上箱底，再扣合箱盖即可。

本实用新型所设计的多功能硬质包装箱，其主要是采用“Ω”型合叶（1）将四周箱壁（5）相互连接，并通过“Ω”型合叶孔（3）用铆钉固定，箱子的上下盖（2）的四边沿采用带用凹槽的金属边框（7）铆钉固定；“Ω”型合叶（1）的两叶片上下端采用铆钉固定锁扣（6），箱子的上下盖（2）内侧顶角处与“Ω”型合叶（1）上固定的锁扣（6）相吻合处固定有锁齿（8），锁扣（6）与锁齿（8）相互咬合锁定，在箱壁（5）的上端固定有一开箱环（4）。在使用过程中，将开箱环（4）取下，用开箱环的顶端将锁扣（6）顶出，箱盖的锁扣脱落，即可开箱，此时箱盖将留下痕迹，再无法复原。在空箱运输中，可将箱体左右随意合拢与箱盖，箱底叠放运输，使用时，将箱体撑开，箱体上下四周边沿插入箱盖，箱底内侧边框的金属凹槽中扣合，锁扣与锁齿相互扣合即可锁定，该箱使用方便，安全可靠，是现行包装箱理想的换代产品。
实施例：
本实用新型所设计的多功能硬质包装箱，在制做过程中首先将四周箱壁之间的结合部位采用“Ω”型合叶用铆钉固定，在合叶两叶片的顶端固定有锁扣，箱壁的上端固定有开箱环；箱盖与箱底的四周边沿均都采用带的凹槽的金属边框铆钉固定，同时箱底、箱盖内侧顶角处固定有锁齿；在使用时，将箱体撑开，箱体上下四周边沿插入箱盖、箱底内侧边框的金属凹槽中扣合，锁扣与锁齿相互扣合即可锁定。开箱时可将开箱环取出，用开箱环顶端将锁扣顶出箱盖的锁扣脱落即可开箱，此时箱盖留下痕迹，再无法复原。在空箱运输时，将箱体左右随意合拢与箱底、箱盖叠放运输，该包装箱制做简单，成本低，运输方便，占空间少，安全可靠，并可起到防伪防盗的作用。

Claims (3)

1、一种多功能硬质包装箱，其特征在于采用“Ω”型合叶(1)将四周箱壁(5)相互连接，并通过“Ω”型合叶孔(3)用铆钉固定；箱子的上、下盖的四边沿采用带有凹槽金属边框(7)一次成型铆钉固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能硬质包装箱，其特征在于，“Ω”型合叶（1）两叶片上下端采用铆钉固定有锁扣（6）；箱子的上下盖（2）内侧顶角处与“Ω”型合叶（1）固定上的锁扣（6）相吻合处固定有锁齿（8），锁扣（6）与锁齿（8）相互咬合锁定。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多功能硬质包装箱，其特征在于，箱壁（5）的上端固定有一开箱环（4）。
