As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a fecal collector comprising a wearing disc 1 and a collecting bag 2. The wearing disc 1 is intended to be worn on the human body and the collecting bag 2 is intended to collect faeces.
Wherein, one side of the wearing disc 1 is a wearing surface 11 for attaching to a patient, and the wearing surface 11 is attached to the perianal skin of the buttocks of the patient. The other side of the wearing disc 1 is a mounting surface 12, the mounting surface 12 is opposite to the wearing surface 11, and the mounting surface 12 is used for mounting the collecting bag 2. The mounting surface 12 is provided with a first adhesive area 13 along the edge of the mounting surface 12, and the wearing disc 1 is provided with a through hole 14 penetrating the wearing disc 1. When the wear disc 1 is attached to a patient, the through-hole 14 of the wear disc 1 is aligned with the anus of the patient.

By attaching one side of the wearing disc 1 to the perianal skin of a patient, the first attaching area 13 on the mounting surface 12 on the other side of the wearing disc 1 is adhered to the second attaching area 21 of the collecting bag 2, and the feces are collected into the collecting bag 2 after passing through the through hole 14 of the wearing disc 1 and the collecting hole 22 of the collecting bag 2; when the collecting bag 2 is replaced, the collecting bag 2 can be removed from the wearing disc 1 by separating the second attaching area 21 from the first attaching area 13, and the wearing disc 1 is continuously attached to the patient, so that a new collecting bag 2 is only needed to be adhered to the wearing disc 1 again. The mode of detachably connecting the collecting bag 2 with the wearing disc 1 only needs to replace the collecting bag 2, and is more convenient and faster compared with the mode of integrally taking the excrement collector off the patient and replacing the excrement collector.

The excrement collector provided by the embodiment of the application is divided into the two parts of the wearing disc 1 and the collecting bag 2, when the excrement collector is replaced, the collecting bag 2 is only required to be separated from the wearing disc 1, the wearing disc 1 can be always arranged on a patient, the collecting bag 2 and the wearing disc 1 are easy and convenient to assemble and disassemble, the excrement collector does not involve contact with the human body of the patient, excessive cooperation of the patient is not required, discomfort to the patient is avoided, and the operation of medical staff is facilitated.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the wearing surface 11 is provided with a protruding portion 15, and the protruding portion 15 is disposed around the edge of the through hole 14. Specifically, the protruding portion 15 protrudes from the wearing surface 11, and the protruding portion 15 contacts the area around the anus of the patient when the wearing plate 1 is worn on the patient, so that the excrement of the patient is prevented from leaking sideways onto the wearing surface 11 to some extent, and the excrement passes through the through hole 14. The protruding portion 15 is made of a soft rubber material, and other portions of the wearing disc 1 can be made of a rubber material with higher hardness than the protruding portion 15. The shape and size of the boss 15 can be designed according to human engineering to ensure patient comfort.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the mounting surface 12 is provided with a collar 16 disposed around the through hole 14. Specifically, the collar 16 protrudes from the mounting surface 12 in an annular configuration, and the collar 16 prevents leakage of excrement through the through-hole 14 to some extent.
In one embodiment, the diameter of the collection aperture 22 is greater than the outer diameter of the collar 16 such that the collar 16 is positioned within the collection aperture 22. Specifically, after the collection bag 2 is assembled with the wear plate 1, the collar 16 is positioned within the collection aperture 22 to direct fecal matter from the collection aperture 22 into the collection bag 2.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a seal attachment strip 23 is provided around the collection aperture 22 on one side of the collection pouch 2, the seal attachment strip 23 being positioned along the edge of the collection aperture 22, the seal attachment strip 23 being sealingly attached to the mounting surface 12. By sealing and adhering the seal adhesive strip 23 to the mounting surface 12, the collection bag 2 is sealed from the wearing disc 1, thereby preventing leakage of excrement. The sealing attachment strip 23 is in the form of a closed loop and the sealing attachment strip 23 may be a gel that is attached to the collecting bag 2.
In this embodiment, the wearing surface 11 of the wearing disc 1 is provided with an adhesive layer for fitting to a patient. Specifically, the adhesive layer is a layer of gel covering the wearing surface 11, so that the wearing disc 1 is guaranteed to be closely attached to the skin of a patient, and no residual adhesive is left on the patient after the wearing disc 1 is removed from the patient.
In an embodiment, the first and second pasting areas 13 and 21 are velcro or adhesive layers, which can facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the collecting bag 2 under the condition of ensuring the firm connection between the collecting bag 2 and the wearing disc 1.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the side of the collecting bag 2 having the collecting hole 22 is provided with a gas-permeable charcoal bag 24, and the gas in the collecting bag 2 can be discharged to the outside through the gas-permeable charcoal bag 24. Specifically, the ventilative charcoal package 24 sets up in the one side that the collection bag 2 is close to wearing dish 1, and ventilative charcoal package 24 can also remove the flavor under the circumstances of guaranteeing collection bag 2 gas permeability, guarantees that the atmospheric pressure in the collection bag 2 is balanced with external atmospheric pressure, prevents to expand the bag and influences patient's excretory.
