Abstract

一种用多孔性可调阻尼气浮轴承,主要由金属层 外套,多孔材料套筒,气室,进气孔组成。在多孔材料 套筒外面包裹一层或几层滤纸,滤纸的孔隙比多孔材 料的孔隙要小,使进入轴承的压缩空气中的灰尘都堵 在滤纸外面,不会阻塞多孔材料。而且当灰尘太多 时,滤纸可以很容易地更换,保持其清洁。还可利用 增加或减少所包裹的滤纸的层数来调整滤纸和多孔 材料的复合阻力,形成可调阻尼,使气浮轴承获得最 佳性能。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种用多孔材料制作的可调阻尼气浮轴承。
目前,公知的多孔性气浮轴承的结构如图1所示。压缩空气经进气孔(4)进入多孔材料套筒(2)和金属材料外套    (3)之间的气室(5),再通过多孔材料的微孔而到轴承间隙,再由此间隙泄漏到大气。气体在通过多孔材料时是有压力损耗的,损耗和通过的气体量大致成正比。倘轴的位置有偏心,则轴承间隙会四周不一样,间隙大的一边有更多气体由轴承间隙漏出,也有更多空气通过多孔材料而使间隙里的压力减少;反之在间隙小的一边间隙压力会加大,这压差能将轴推回到中间位置,从而使轴承浮起。这种结构有两个缺点:一是压缩空气里的灰尘会使多孔性材料逐渐阻塞、最后失去作用。二是为了达到最好的性能,必须使多孔性材料具有一定透气性,但公知的多孔性气浮轴承的材料的透气性不能调节,因此使这种轴承的性能不能达到理想。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种多孔性可调阻尼气浮轴承,使其多孔性材料不被空气中的灰尘阻塞,并且使多孔性材料的阻尼可调,以获得最佳性能。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在主要由金属层外套、套筒、气室、进气孔组成的多孔性气浮轴承中,在多孔性材料制成的套筒外面包裹一层滤纸,滤纸的孔隙要比多孔性材料的孔隙小,并且滤纸可以更换。
由于采用上述方案,在多孔材料套筒外面裹有滤纸,且滤纸的孔隙比多孔材料的孔隙要小,使进入轴承的压缩空气中的灰尘都堵在滤纸外面,不会阻塞多孔材料。而且当灰尘太多时,滤纸可以很容易地更换,保持其清洁。由于多孔材料上包了滤纸,使空气流过的阻力加大,则可利用增加或减少所包裹的滤纸的层数来调整滤纸和多孔材料的复合阻力,形成可调阻尼,使气浮轴承获得最佳性能。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型进一步说明。
图1是公知的多孔性气浮轴承的结构图。

图2是磨床砂轮架上的多孔气浮轴承部份的结构图,其余部份均为现有技术。图2中,外套(3)紧固在底座(7)上,套在轴(1)上的套筒(2)固定外套(3)上。套筒(2)由含油轴承用的粉末冶金多孔材料制成。在金属层外套(3)和套筒(2)之间用两个O形环(8)作密封。在套筒(2)的外面包一层或几层滤纸(6),可用分析滤纸,也可用家用除尘器用的滤纸,滤纸的孔隙要比多孔材料的孔隙小。在滤纸外面可用丝线很稀地缠绕,以固定滤纸。滤纸需用层数,则在机床调试时决定。可以将滤纸的层数增加或减少,以调整多孔材料和滤纸的阻尼,直至气浮轴承得到最大刚度时为止。
在工作时,压缩空气经进气孔(4)进入多材料套筒(2)和金属材料外套(1)之间的气室(5),再通过多孔材料套筒外面裹有的滤纸(6)和多孔材料(2)而泄露到大气。当滤纸不洁或机床刚度发生变化时,可将套筒(2)抽出,将旧滤纸取下,另换新纸,继续工作。

Claims (3)

1、一种多孔性可调阻尼气浮轴承,主要由金属层外套(3)、套筒(2)、气室(5)、进气孔(4)组成、其特征是:在多孔材料制成的套筒(2)外面,包裹一层或几层滤纸(6),滤纸的孔隙要比多孔材料的孔隙小。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气浮轴承,其特征是:在滤纸(6)外缠丝线,以固定滤纸。
3、根据权利要求1所述的气浮轴承,其特征是:在金属层外套(3)和套筒(2)之间用两个O形环(8)作密封。
