The rotational axis of the oil cups 11 is arranged in the front-rear direction and the two oil cups 11 can be rotated to be arranged opposite each other so that the total length of the oil cup assembly 1 after folding is approximately half that when unfolded.
In order to ensure the structural stability of the oil cup assembly 1 in the unfolded state, a first connecting portion is disposed at a side of the second end of the oil cup 11 facing the mounting shell 121, and a second connecting portion is correspondingly disposed on the mounting shell 121, and the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are detachably connected. The first connection portion and the second connection portion may be, but are limited to, a structure capable of being quickly assembled and disassembled, such as a clamping connection, an inserting connection, or a magnetic connection.
Example III
The present embodiment provides a range hood, and the basic structure of the range hood provided in the present embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, only a part of the settings are different, and the present embodiment will not be repeated for the structure the same as that of the first embodiment.
Because the oil cup 11 needs to be cleaned frequently, and the detection module 12 does not need to be disassembled and assembled frequently, in this embodiment, the oil cup 11 and the detection module 12 can be disassembled and assembled separately relative to the fume collecting hood 2, so that when the oil cup 11 needs to be cleaned, the detection module 12 can be not disassembled and assembled, the problems that the installation position of the detection module 12 is deviated or the detection module 12 is easily damaged due to frequent disassembly and assembly of the detection module 12 are avoided while the cleaning of the oil cup 11 is satisfied, and the use reliability of the detection module 12 is improved.
In this embodiment, the condensation preventing plate 13 is only connected with all the oil cups 11, and the detection module 12 is attached to the oil cups 11, so that all the oil cups 11 can be connected into a whole through the condensation preventing plate 13, the simultaneous insertion of all the oil cups 11 is realized, and the convenience in disassembly and assembly of the oil cups 11 is improved.
In other embodiments, the condensation preventing plate 13 may be detachably connected with the oil cup 11 and/or the detection module 12, the detection module 12 and the oil cup 11 are respectively installed on the fume collecting hood 2, and when the oil cup 11 needs to be detached, the condensation preventing plate 13 is detached first, and then the oil cup 11 is detached from the fume collecting hood 2.
The condensation-preventing plate 13 is preferably bonded with the oil cup 11 to simplify the connection structure, improve the connection tightness of the condensation-preventing plate 13 and the oil cup 11, and improve the overall appearance aesthetic property of the condensation-preventing plate 13 without arranging a hole or groove structure on the condensation-preventing plate 13. In other embodiments, the condensation preventing plate 13 and the oil cup 11 may be connected in a clamping manner or in other detachable manners.
In the present embodiment, each oil cup 11 has a mounting part on an upper side of an end thereof remote from the detection module 12, and the mounting part is detachably connected with the fume collecting hood 2, thereby enabling a reduction in the number of mounting parts required and a reduction in cost. In other embodiments, the left and right ends of each oil cup 11 may be provided with mounting members, and the cup mounting structures 22 on the fume collecting hood 2 may be disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting members.
In this embodiment, the condensation preventing plate 13 is disposed on the lower side of the oil cup 11, and when the detection module 12 needs to be disassembled, the condensation preventing plate 13 and the oil cup 11 are disassembled first, and then the detection module 12 is disassembled from the fume collecting hood 2.
In other embodiments, the condensation preventing plate 13 may be disposed on the front side of the oil cup 11, and when the detection module 12 needs to be disassembled, the oil cup 11 and the condensation preventing plate 13 need not be disassembled, and only the detection module 12 needs to be disassembled downwards.
Example IV
The present embodiment provides a range hood, and the structure of the range hood provided in the present embodiment is substantially the same as that in the second embodiment, only a part of the arrangement is different, and the present embodiment does not describe the same structure as that in the second embodiment.
In this embodiment, the oil cup 11 and the detection module 12 can be detached and assembled separately with respect to the fume collecting hood 2, the condensation preventing plate 13 is disposed on the front sides of all the oil cups 11 and the detection module 12, the condensation preventing plate 13 is connected with the fume collecting hood 2 or the detection module 12, and the oil cups 11 can be separated from or abutted against the condensation preventing plate 13. This kind of setting for when clearing up oil cup 11, need not to carry out the dismouting to detection module 12 and anti-condensation board 13, improve the clearance convenience of oil cup 11, and make every oil cup 11 to be cleared up alone and change, reduce the replacement cost of oil cup 11.
In order to ensure that each oil cup 11 can be independently disassembled and assembled, the two ends of each oil cup 11 are provided with mounting parts which are detachably connected with the fume collecting hood 2.
Because the length of the detection module 12 in the left-right direction is shorter, in order to reduce the falling probability of the condensation-preventing plate 13, in this embodiment, a first fixing portion is disposed on the oil cup 11, and a second fixing portion is disposed on the back of the condensation-preventing plate 13, where the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion are clamped, inserted or magnetically attracted.
The arrangement ensures that when the oil cup 11 is mounted on the fume collecting hood 2, part of the weight of the condensation preventing plate 13 is borne by the oil cup 11, so that part of the weight of the condensation preventing plate 13 is transmitted to the fume collecting hood 2 through the oil cup 11, and the risk that the condensation preventing plate 13 and the detection module 12 are easy to deform or even fall off due to the fact that all the weight of the condensation preventing plate 13 is borne by the detection module 12 is avoided; meanwhile, the quick assembly disassembly of the oil cup 11 relative to the condensation preventing plate 13 can be realized by adopting the clamping connection, the plugging connection or the magnetic attraction connection, and the cleaning of the oil cup 11 is prevented from being influenced by the arrangement of the first fixing part and the second fixing part.
