Specifically, the connecting pipe 82 can be arranged nearby according to the installation position of the oil cup 5, so that the overlong connecting pipe 82 is avoided. The connecting pipe 82 may be a hard pipe or a hose.
When the storage box 81 is coupled with the hood 2, the lower end of the connection duct 82 is located inside the storage box 81, as shown in fig. 1; and when the oil cup 5 is engaged with the smoke collecting hood 2, the lower end of the connecting duct 82 is located above the oil cup 5 as shown in fig. 10.
Referring to fig. 15, an embodiment of the present application further includes a cleaning control method for the range hood in the above embodiment, where when the storage box bearing the cleaning solution is connected to the connection structure, the cleaning control method for the range hood includes:
step S101: a purge instruction is received. The cleaning instruction may be an electrical signal sent to a controller by a user pressing a cleaning button (the cleaning button may be a mechanical button on a control panel or a virtual button on a touch panel), and the controller is a general controller of the range hood or an independent controller used for executing a cleaning operation alone.
Step S102: the oil leakage port is closed by the control valve, and the cleaning liquid in the storage box is injected into the volute by the pump. The controller sends a control instruction to the control valve, and the control valve executes an instruction for closing the oil leakage opening according to the control instruction; similarly, the controller sends a control instruction to a control panel on the pump to control the pump to start or directly control the pump to start, and the cleaning liquid in the storage box is injected into the volute through the connecting pipeline.
Step S103: and when the cleaning liquid in the volute reaches a preset water level, controlling the pump to be closed.
Step S104: and controlling the operation of the ultrasonic transducer and the starting of a motor of the fan. The controller controls the operation of the ultrasonic transducer and the starting of the motor of the fan.
The technical effect that the cleaning control method of the embodiment of the application can obtain is the same as that of the range hood in the embodiment, and the cleaning control method and the range hood can solve the same technical problem, and are not repeated here.
In the above method, when the cleaning liquid in the volute reaches the preset water level, the pump is turned off specifically including:
the pump is controlled to be turned off when the pump running current indicates that the pump is in an idle state.
The controller can directly know whether the cleaning liquid in the storage box is completely led into the volute according to the running current of the pump without arranging other detection devices, and the control method is simple and has low cost. Of course, the controller that drives the operation of the pump may be a separate electronic control board. The control module for driving the pump to operate is integrated in the master controller of the range hood, so that the installation space can be saved.
The above-mentioned mode of controlling the operation of ultrasonic transducer and the motor start-up of fan has the multiple, if control ultrasonic transducer operation, controls the motor and rotates with predetermineeing the rotational speed simultaneously. For another example, after the ultrasonic transducer is controlled to operate for a first preset time, the motor is controlled to drive the impeller of the fan to rotate for a preset angle.
And selecting proper values for the preset rotating speed and the preset angle according to specific working conditions. For example, the preset rotation speed is 1r/min (revolution/minute), the preset angle is 60 degrees, and the first preset time is 5-10 min. In the process of executing a cleaning instruction, controlling the ultrasonic transducer to operate, and simultaneously controlling the motor to rotate the impeller at 1 r/min; or after the ultrasonic transducer is controlled to operate for 5-10 min, the ultrasonic transducer is closed, the motor is controlled to drive the impeller of the fan to rotate for 60 degrees, and then the ultrasonic transducer is controlled to operate again.
With continued reference to fig. 15, the above-described purge control method further includes:
step S105: and after the running time of the ultrasonic transducer and the starting time of the motor of the fan reach second preset time, controlling the ultrasonic transducer and the motor to stop running, and controlling the valve to open the oil leakage port. The value of the second preset time is 15 minutes; of course, the preset time can be selected according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Step S106: and sending an instruction for reminding the end of the cleaning program after the opening time reaches the preset time.
After cleaning is finished, the cleaning control method can remind a user of dumping used cleaning liquid in time and installing an oil cup.

1. A range hood, comprising:
an air box;
the fan is installed in the air box and comprises a volute and an impeller positioned in the volute, and an oil leakage port is formed in the bottom of the volute;
the control valve is installed at the oil leakage port and used for controlling the opening or closing of the oil leakage port;
the cleaning assembly comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a connecting pipeline and a storage device used for bearing cleaning liquid, wherein the ultrasonic transducer is installed at the bottom of the volute, one end of the connecting pipeline is communicated with the volute, the other end of the connecting pipeline is communicated with the storage device, and the connecting pipeline can inject the cleaning liquid in the storage device into the volute.
2. The range hood of claim 1, further comprising:
the smoke collecting cover is arranged below the air box, a smoke collecting cavity is formed in the smoke collecting cover, and a connecting structure is arranged on the smoke collecting cover;
the smoke guide plate is arranged in the smoke collection cavity;
the oil cup is positioned below the smoke guide plate and can be detachably connected with the connecting structure of the smoke collecting cover;
the cleaning assembly further comprises a pump, the pump can pump cleaning liquid in the storage device into the volute, and when the oil cup is detached from the connecting structure of the fume collecting hood, the storage device can be detachably connected with the connecting structure.
3. The range hood of claim 2, wherein the connection structure is a hook, and the oil cup and the storage device are both formed with hanging parts engaged with the hook.
4. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the control valve is a solenoid valve.
5. The range hood of claim 2, wherein the connection between the connection pipe and the volute is located at an upper portion of the volute, and the pump is installed between an outer side of the upper portion of the volute and the wind box.
6. The range hood of claim 1, wherein there are two ultrasonic transducers, and the two ultrasonic transducers are respectively located at two sides of the oil leakage port.
