本实用新型涉及一种适于用来连接金属导线及 其它绳缆的多用楔形导线接头,它具有一连接筒体, 连接筒体的内腔两端设置有小头朝外的锥孔,锥孔内 安设有与其相配置的锥形楔块,锥孔前端安有止挡弹 圈,在连接筒体的内腔两锥形楔块端头之间还安设有 一预紧压簧。本实用新型不仅结构简单,连接可靠, 而且使用安装十分方便,具有被连接的导线受力愈大 连接愈紧、愈牢固的特性。本实用新型也可用于塑 料、尼龙等其它绳缆的对接。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种适于用来连接金属导线以及其它绳缆的多用楔形导线接头,它具有使用安装方便,连接可靠的特点。
目前用来连接金属导线和绳缆的接头大都采用连接板块加螺钉压圈的结构,采用这种接头,不仅连接安装不够方便,而且易于损伤导线的连接端,降低连接的可靠性。对于大规格直径的金属导线、绳缆的连接,较先进的方法是采用爆破压接和金属筒料液压压接的方式,它们虽能可靠有效地实现导线和绳缆的对接,但安装时需要配置专用设备,存在着操作较为麻烦,连接成本较高的问题。
本实用新型的任务在于避免上述不足之处而提供一种结构简单,使用安装方便,连接可靠的多用楔形导线接头。
本实用新型的任务由以下的方案来实现:具有一连接筒体2,连接筒体的内腔两端设置有小头朝外的锥孔1,锥孔内安设有与其相配置的锥形楔块5,锥孔前端安有止挡弹圈3,在连接筒体2的内腔两锥形楔块5端头之间还安设有一预紧压簧7。
上述方案中与锥孔相配置的锥形楔块可有2-4块,通常为3块,沿锥孔周向布设,中部形成圆柱状的锁紧孔。
根据上述方案,使用时,将要连接的两根导线4或绳缆从连接筒体2的两端开口插入,推开锥形楔块5经锁紧孔并进入连接筒体的内腔,与锥形楔块接合,在预紧压簧7的作用下,将导线或绳缆收紧,即完成导线的对接,由于使用时导线、绳缆是两向受拉,在摩擦力的作用下,使得锥形楔块5向外滑移,这反过来又可进一步收缩锥形楔块与导线接合的锁紧孔,导线被进一步锁紧,使其具备受力愈大连接愈紧、愈牢固的特性。本实用新型结构简单,施工安装不需携带任何辅助工具,因此安装十分简便,此外,由于被连接的导线或绳缆与锥形楔块之间有较大的接合面,且连接段是周向整个受力,这样不仅连接时不会损伤导线的连接端,而且也使连接的可靠性进一步增强,使连接端具有良好的接触与导电性能。

本实用新型的一个实施例如图1、2所示,具有一柱状的连接筒体2,连接筒体的内腔两端设置有小头朝外的锥孔1,锥孔内沿周向安设有3块与其相配置的锥形楔块5,锥形楔块中部形成圆柱状的锁紧孔,孔径随锥形楔块的前后移动而缩小放大,锥形楔块的锁紧孔面上可设置各种齿纹,以增加与导线接合时的摩擦力,在锥孔1的前端安有止挡弹圈3,以使接头在空载时阻挡锥形楔块5的前移,在连接筒体2的内腔中间段两锥形楔块的端头之间安设有一预紧压簧7,预紧压簧的两头与锥形楔块5尾端的凹座相配接,此外,在连接筒体2的中部还安装有一定位销6,可对预紧压簧7和导线4起定位作用。

Claims (5)

1、一种适于用来连接金属导线以及其它绳缆的多用楔形导线接头,其特征在于具有一连接筒体(2),连接筒体的内腔两端设置有小头朝外的锥孔(1),锥孔内安设有与其相配置的锥形楔块(5),锥孔前端安有止挡弹圈(3),在连接筒体(2)的内腔两锥形楔块(5)端头之间还安设有一预紧压簧(7)。
2、按权利要求1所述的多用楔形导线接头,其特征在于与锥孔(1)相配置的锥形楔块有2-4块,沿锥孔周向布设,中部形成圆柱状的锁紧孔。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的多用楔形导线接头,其特征在于锥形楔块有3块。
4、按权利要求1或2所述的多用楔形导线接头,其特征在于连接筒体(2)的中部还安装有一定位销(6)。
5、按权利要求1或2所述的多用楔形导线接头,其特征在于锥形楔块(5)的锁紧孔面上可设置齿纹。
