Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
As shown in fig. 1-6, embodiments of the present application provide a light guide assembly 100. The light guide assembly 100 comprises a light guide 1 and a support structure 2. The light guide 1 includes a light guide body 11 and a first clamping portion 12, the light guide body 11 has an outward head end 111 and an inward tail end 112, the head end 111 is provided with a light emitting portion 1111, the tail end 112 is provided with a light entering portion 1121, and the first clamping portion 12 is disposed at the tail end 112 of the light guide body 11. The support structure 2 includes a support main body 21 and a second clamping portion 22, and the second clamping portion 22 is disposed on the support main body 21 and corresponds to the tail end 112 of the light guiding main body 11. When in installation, the head end 111 of the light guide main body 11 is fixedly arranged on the supporting structure 2, and the first clamping part 12 of the tail end 112 of the light guide main body 11 is in clamping connection with the second clamping part 22 of the supporting structure 2, so that the light guide main body 11 is fixedly arranged on the supporting structure 2. For the supporting structure 2, the guide plate 23 may be disposed at an angle with the second clamping plate 222, the extending direction of the guide plate 23 may be parallel to the axial direction of the light emitting portion 1111, and the extending direction of the second clamping plate 222 may be at an angle with the extending direction of the guide plate 23, for example, the extending direction of the second clamping plate 222 may be perpendicular to the axial direction of the light emitting portion 1111. For the supporting structure 2, the second clamping plate 222 may be connected to the tail end of the guide plate 23, the second clamping plate 222 may be fixedly connected to the guide plate 23 in an integrated manner by bonding, clamping or screwing, and the second clamping plate 222 may also be integrally connected to the guide plate 23 in an integrated injection molding manner or a 3D printing manner. In some alternative structures, the guide plate 23 may be provided independently of the second locking plate 222, and both of them may be provided on the support body 21 at a distance.
In other alternative structures, the supporting body 21 may not be provided with the guide plate 22, and a guide groove 231 may be concavely formed on the inner surface of the supporting body 21, and the tail end of the guide groove 231 may extend to the second clamping plate 222, and the tail end of the guide groove 231 may also be spaced from the second clamping plate 222; the extending direction of the guide slot 231 is disposed at an angle to the extending direction of the second clamping plate 222.
In some embodiments, the light guiding main body 11 includes a first light guiding section 113 and a second light guiding section 114 that are connected, where the first light guiding section 113 and the second light guiding section 114 are disposed at an obtuse angle, the first light guiding section 113 has the light emitting portion 1111, the second light guiding section 114 has the light entering portion 1121, the first clamping portion 12 is disposed on the second light guiding section 114, and a portion of the second light guiding section 114 adjacent to the first clamping portion 12 can be clamped into the guide groove 231.
In some embodiments, the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11 is in a plug-fit with the support structure 2. Specifically, the support structure 2 includes a support column 25, where the support column 25 is disposed on the inner surface of the support body 21 in a protruding manner, and the support column 25 has a through-hole extending inside and outside, and the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11 is in plug-fit with the through-hole. The plug hole may be a stepped hole, and the plug hole includes a first plug hole having a smaller inner diameter and a second plug hole having a larger inner diameter, and the first plug hole and the second plug hole are penetrated. Correspondingly, the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11 includes a first plugging section 1112 with a smaller diameter and a second plugging section 1113 with a larger diameter, and the light emitting portion 1111 is disposed on the first plugging section 1112.
When the light guide body is installed, the head end 111 of the light guide body 11 is inserted into the supporting column 25, the first inserting section 1112 of the head end 111 is matched with the first inserting hole, and the second inserting section 1113 is matched with the second inserting hole. Typically, the first mating segment 1112 is in clearance fit with the first mating hole and the second mating segment 1113 is in clearance fit with the second mating hole.
For the supporting structure 2, it includes a supporting column 25, where the supporting column 25 supports and fixes the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11. The cross-sectional shape of the support column 25 may be circular, elliptical, polygonal, etc., and the cross-sectional shape of the support column 25 is adapted to the shape of the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11. For the head end 111 of the light guiding main body 11, the diameter of the first plugging section 1112 provided with the light emitting part 1111 is smaller, which not only can play a role of guiding, but also can effectively reduce or prevent light from overflowing.
In an alternative structure, the supporting structure 2 includes a plurality of supporting columns 25 disposed at intervals on the inner surface of the supporting body 21, the plurality of supporting columns 25 enclose the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11, all the supporting columns 25 enclose an installation space, and the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11 is inserted into the installation space to be fixed.
In an alternative construction, the support structure 2 comprises a support column 25, the support column 25 having a plug hole extending therethrough and having a lateral opening, and the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11 being inserted into the plug hole of the support column 25. Illustratively, the support column 25 is C-shaped in cross-section.
Further, the light guiding body 11 further includes a protrusion 116, and the protrusion 116 is protruding on the outer peripheral wall surface of the head end 111 of the light guiding body 11. The front cover 31 of the camera also comprises a support column 25, the support column 25 is arranged on the inner surface of the front cover 31 of the camera in a protruding way, the support column 25 is provided with an inner and an outer through insertion hole, and the head end 111 of the light guide main body 11 is in insertion fit with the insertion hole. The outer peripheral wall of the head end 111 of the light guide body 11 is provided with a projection 116, and the projection 116 abuts against the end face of the support column 25. The front cover 31 of the camera also comprises a guide plate 23, the guide plate 23 is convexly arranged on the inner surface of the supporting body 21, the guide plate 23 defines a guide groove 231, and the middle part 117 of the light guide body 11 is clamped into the guide groove 231 to limit the light guide piece 1.
The main control board 35 is placed in the mounting cavity and fixed with the camera front cover 31. Specifically, the main control board 35 may be fastened and fixed with the front cover 31 of the camera. The main control board 35 is fixed to the camera front cover 31 by the plurality of baffles 312 and the plurality of buckles 311. The main control board 35 is inclined, so that the internal space of the camera module 3 can be saved.
For the camera module 3, it further includes a flexible circuit board 38, and the flexible circuit board 38 connects the camera module 33 and the main control board 35. The flexible circuit board 38 may be located between two adjacent snaps 311 on the long side.
