The present embodiment provides a vehicle, referring to fig. 1, which is generally provided with a wiper 5 and a front windshield (not shown). The front windshield is arranged in front of the cab and mainly plays a role in protecting the cab. The wiper 5 is used for cleaning rainwater and other dirt on the front windshield, and avoiding the influence of the rainwater and other dirt on driving vision so as to ensure driving safety.
It should be noted that, the vehicle in the embodiment of the present application may refer to a large-sized automobile, a small-sized automobile, a dedicated automobile, and the like. The automobiles in the embodiments of the present application may be, for example, passenger cars, off-road cars, multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPV), or other types of Vehicles, according to the types of Vehicles. In vehicles, there are typically wheels, a power source, and a transmission system disposed between the wheels and the power source, where the transmission system is capable of transmitting power provided by the power source to the wheels to rotate the wheels, so as to drive the vehicle to travel.
In the embodiment of the present application, the type of the power source of the vehicle is not limited. For example, for a fuel-powered vehicle, the power source may refer to a fuel engine such as a gasoline engine, a diesel engine, or the like; for an electric vehicle, the power source may be referred to as an electric motor; for a hybrid electric vehicle, the power source may refer to an engine or an electric motor; for an otherwise powered vehicle, the power source may refer to a device that generates power.
The vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application, besides the windshield wiper 5 and the front windshield, further comprises a front wall plate assembly 3, a pair of front shock absorbing members 4 and a vehicle windshield wiper mounting structure. The front windshield is arranged at the upper end of the front wall plate assembly 3. A pair of front damper members 4 are provided on opposite sides of the front wall plate assembly 3 in the longitudinal direction, respectively, and one side of one front damper member 4 near the front wall plate assembly 3 forms a pair of second mounting portions 2 in the vehicle wiper mounting structure. The wiper 5 includes a main wiper 501 and a sub wiper 502. The main wiper 501 and the sub wiper 502 swing synchronously at the front windshield to clean rainwater and other dirt on the front windshield. The main wiper 501 is connected to one of the first attachment portions 1 and the adjacent second attachment portion 2, and the sub wiper 502 is connected to the other of the first attachment portions 1 and the other of the second attachment portions 2.
Specifically, the main wiper 501 is connected with the first installation part 1 and the adjacent second installation part 2 at one end of the front wall plate assembly 3 in the length direction in the vehicle wiper installation structure, so as to obtain larger swing amplitude, and conveniently clean rainwater and other dirt on the front windshield. The sub wiper 502 is connected to the other first attachment portion 1 and the other second attachment portion 2.
In order to meet the swinging requirements of the main wiper 501 and the sub wiper 502, the first mounting portion 1 and the second mounting portion 2 are prevented from obstructing the swinging of the main wiper 501 and the sub wiper 502. One end of the main wiper 501 and the auxiliary wiper 502, which are close to the vehicle wiper mounting structure, are respectively hinged with a connecting rod, and the main wiper 501 and the auxiliary wiper 502 can swing relative to the connecting rods. Two ends of the length direction of the two connecting rods are respectively provided with a mounting point, and the four mounting points are fixedly connected with a pair of first mounting parts 1 and a pair of second mounting parts 2 in the vehicle wiper mounting structure in a one-to-one correspondence manner. For convenience of description, four mounting points on the two links are described as four mounting points of the wiper blade 5.
Further, the front shock absorbing member 4 is die cast, and the second mounting portion 2 is die cast. Because of the welding error of the conventional welding of the mounting bracket 101 on the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6, the welding error can increase the mounting error of the wiper 5, resulting in poor mounting accuracy of the wiper 5. Therefore, the embodiment of the present application takes the second mounting portion 2 as a part of the front shock absorbing member 4 and is formed by die casting, thereby avoiding welding errors and significantly improving the mounting accuracy of the wiper blade 5. In one possible implementation of the present application, the front shock-absorbing member 4 may be made of an integral die-cast aluminum profile.
Further, the vehicle also comprises a fan heater pressure chamber structure 6. The fan heater plenum structure 6 is fixedly connected to the front wall plate assembly 3 and a pair of front shock absorbing members 4. And the fan heater plenum structure 6 is located above the front wall plate assembly 3 and the pair of front shock absorbing members 4. Therefore, rainwater falling from the front windshield will first fall to the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6. The fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 is provided with a drainage groove for draining rainwater falling from the front windshield. The drain tank is used as a wet area, and the rest is used as a dry area. The wet area and the dry area are isolated from each other in the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6. The first installation department 1 is kept apart to the dry area by electric fan heater pressure chamber structure 6, can not receive rain wash and corrosion, can improve the life and the stability in use of first installation department 1.
Since the wiper 5 generally only needs to swing on one side of the front windshield, only a pair of second mounting portions 2 need be provided at one front damper member 4, and the other front damper member 4 can be used for mounting the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 and damping of the vehicle.
It should be noted that, the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6, the front wall plate assembly 3 and the pair of front shock absorbing members 4 may be fixedly connected by a clamping type fixing structure, or may be provided by a fastening type fixing structure.
In order to facilitate replacement or maintenance of the front shock absorbing members 4, in one implementation of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 may be fixedly connected to the pair of front shock absorbing members 4 by two bolts 7 that are easily removed. Meanwhile, the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 is fixedly connected with the front wall plate assembly 3 in a mode of arranging four bolts 7 and three buckles 8 at intervals one by one, so that the fixing stability of the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 is improved.
In addition, the fan heater plenum structure 6 may be made of conventional plastic for cost savings and to meet vehicle weight design requirements. In one implementation of the present application, the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 may be made of polypropylene plus glass fiber modified plastic (pp+gf30).
On this basis, referring to fig. 2 to 6, the embodiment of the present application further provides a vehicle wiper mounting structure for mounting a wiper 5, mainly including: a pair of first mounting portions 1 and a pair of second mounting portions 2. The pair of first mounting portions 1 are adapted to be disposed at intervals along the length direction of the front wall panel assembly 3 of the vehicle. A pair of second mounting portions 2 are adapted to be formed on a side of a front shock absorbing member 4 of the vehicle near the front wall panel assembly 3. The pair of first mounting portions 1 and the pair of second mounting portions 2 are arranged in four vertexes of a virtual quadrangular structure and adapted to be connected with the wiper blade 5.
In the vehicle wiper mounting structure provided by the embodiment of the application, a pair of first mounting portions 1 and a pair of second mounting portions 2 are respectively mounted on a front wall plate assembly 3 and a front shock absorbing member 4, are arranged into four vertexes of a virtual quadrilateral structure, are fixed with four mounting points of a wiper 5 one by one, and form a four-point mounting structure. Compared with the existing structure of arranging the mounting bracket 101 on the fan heater pressure chamber structure 6 to form three mounting points, the fan heater pressure chamber structure has higher mounting precision and more stable support. In addition, the pair of second mounting portions 2 are formed by the front damper member 4, and a part of the mounting brackets are omitted, so that mounting errors caused by the mounting brackets can be reduced, and the accuracy of the mounting position of the wiper 5 can be ensured. Therefore, the situations that abnormal sound is generated and the wiper is not clean due to the fact that the wiper 5 is deviated in the installation position can be reduced. Meanwhile, the weight of the vehicle wiper mounting structure is reduced, and the layout space is optimized.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 3, since the front shock absorbing member 4 is provided at one side of the front wall plate assembly 3 and the length of the front shock absorbing member 4 is much smaller than that of the front wall plate assembly 3, in order to save installation space, the pair of first installation parts 1 and the pair of second installation parts 2 are arranged in four vertexes of a virtual trapezoid structure. Of course, in other embodiments, the pair of first mounting portions 1 and the pair of second mounting portions 2 may be arranged into four vertices of other virtual quadrilateral structures according to needs, which are not illustrated in the embodiments of the present application.
Further, one of the first mounting portions 1 is adapted to be disposed at one end of the front wall plate assembly 3 in the longitudinal direction, and the other first mounting portion 1 is adapted to be disposed at a middle region of the front wall plate assembly 3 in the longitudinal direction, so that the wiper blade 5 can swing on one side of the front wall plate assembly 3 to clean rainwater and other dirt on the front windshield.
By way of example, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the front wall panel assembly 3 includes a front wall panel 301 and a cross member 302. One of the first mounting portions 1 is provided at one end of the cross member 302 in the longitudinal direction of one face of the front wall plate 301. The other first mounting portions 1 are arranged in the middle area of the front wall plate 301 facing the longitudinal direction of one face of the cross beam 302, and the two first mounting portions 1 are respectively arranged at the front wall plate 301 and the cross beam 302, so that the structure is compact, and the layout space of the front wall plate assembly 3 can be effectively utilized. Of course, in other embodiments, the pair of first mounting portions 1 may be disposed at other positions of the front wall panel assembly 3 at intervals according to actual needs, and the specific arrangement may be disposed according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the first mounting portion 1 includes a mounting bracket 101, a lower end of the mounting bracket 101 is provided on the front wall plate assembly 3, and a first mounting hole 102 is provided on an upper surface of the mounting bracket 101, and the first mounting hole 102 is adapted to mount one mounting point of the wiper 5. The installation accuracy of the wiper 5 can be ensured by fixing one installation point of the wiper 5 by the installation bracket 101.
It should be noted that, the fixing connection manner of the mounting bracket 101 and the front wall plate assembly 3 may be a fastening type fixing structure, or may be a fastening type fixing structure, which is not limited in this application.
In one implementation of the present application, to improve the tightness of the mounting bracket 101, the mounting bracket 101 may be fixed to the front wall panel assembly 3 by means of a welded connection, for example, by 8 welding points. In addition, the mounting bracket 101 may be made of a common metal material. To improve the corrosion resistance of the mounting bracket 101, the mounting bracket 101 may be made of galvanized sheet.
Further, the lower end of the mounting bracket 101 is also formed with a flange 103. The flange 103 is fixedly connected with the front wall plate assembly 3, and the flange 103 is arranged to improve the connection tightness of the mounting bracket 101 and the front wall plate assembly 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the cuff 103 includes a first extension edge 1031 and a second extension edge 1032. The first extension edge 1031 extends along a surface of the front wall plate assembly 3 and is welded to the front wall plate assembly 3. The mounting bracket 101 is secured to the surface of the front wall panel assembly 3 by a first extension edge 1031. The second extension edge 1032 is located at one end of the first extension edge 1031, extends in the height direction of the front wall plate assembly 3, and is welded to the front wall plate assembly 3. Since the front wall panel assembly 3 also requires mounting of other components, the surface of the front wall panel assembly 3 may be formed with a plurality of convex surfaces, and the mounting bracket 101 is secured to the convex surface of the front wall panel assembly 3 by the second extension edge 1032 in order to accommodate the convex surface of the front wall panel assembly 3 and to enhance the structural stability of the mounting bracket 101.
For example, referring to fig. 4, the mounting bracket 101 is hollow, one side surface and the lower surface are hollowed out, and two adjacent side surfaces of the hollowed-out side surfaces are triangular, that is, the mounting bracket 101 forms a similar triangular support structure. For traditional cantilever type structure, the installing support 101 structure that this application provided is more stable, and non-deformable has better dynamic rigidity, can avoid installing support 101 to receive the swing force deformation of windshield wiper and lead to the problem that first mounting hole 102 appears the skew. In addition, the mounting bracket 101 provided in the embodiment of the present application meets the light-weight development requirement.
In addition, the first extension edge 1031 includes a first profile, a second profile, and a third profile. The lower end of the mounting bracket 101 forms three sides, forming a U-shape. The three sides extend toward the surface of the front wall panel assembly 3 to form a first profile, a second profile and a third profile, respectively. Wherein the first profile and the third profile are respectively located at opposite sides of the lower end of the mounting bracket 101 for fixing the mounting bracket 101 in the longitudinal direction (advancing direction) of the vehicle. The second profile is provided between the first profile and the third profile for fixing the mounting bracket 101 in the width direction of the vehicle.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the second mounting portion 2 includes a mounting protrusion 201 configured on the front shock absorbing member 4, and a second mounting hole 202 is provided on the mounting protrusion 201, the second mounting hole 202 being adapted to mount another mounting point of the wiper blade 5.
In the embodiment of the present application, the specific form of the mounting projection 201 is not limited, and may be configured and set according to the mounting point of the wiper blade 5. In order to improve the support stability of the mounting protrusion 201, in one implementation of the present application, the mounting protrusion 201 may be designed to have a cross-section in a shape of a "table".
Still further, referring to fig. 5, at least one reinforcing rib 401 is further provided on the front shock absorbing member 4 near the mounting boss 201, and the reinforcing rib 401 is used for supporting the mounting boss 201, so that dynamic stiffness of the second mounting hole 202 can be effectively improved. In the embodiment of the present application, the number and structure of the reinforcing ribs 401 are not limited either. The number of the reinforcing ribs 401 may be one, two or more than two according to actual needs. In addition, the reinforcing ribs 401 may be provided in a triangular, rectangular, and cylindrical structure as needed.
For example, referring to fig. 5, in order to improve structural stability of the reinforcing bar 401, the structure of the reinforcing bar 401 may be arranged in a triangle shape. In addition, in consideration of the use cost and the installation of the main wiper 501 to the second installation part 2 located outside the front shock absorbing member 4, the stress thereof is greater than that of the second installation part 2 located inside the front shock absorbing member 4. Accordingly, two reinforcing ribs 401 may be provided at the second mounting portion 2 located outside the front shock absorbing member 4, and one reinforcing rib 401 may be provided at the second mounting portion 2 located inside the front shock absorbing member 4.
Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the second mounting portion 2 further includes a rivet nut 203, and the rivet nut 203 is provided with a threaded hole along an axial direction thereof, the threaded hole forming a second mounting hole 202. Specifically, the mounting boss 201 forms a through hole near one end of the front wall plate assembly 3. The blind rivet nut 203 is installed in the through hole. Correspondingly, the mounting point of the wiper 5 is provided with external threads which are matched with the threaded holes. Illustratively, the blind rivet nut 203 may employ a pan head blind rivet nut 203 having a diameter of about 18mm to increase the contact area with the mounting point of the wiper blade 5.
Further, a reinforcing flange is formed on the outer edge of the mounting protrusion 201 to strengthen the dynamic stiffness of the mounting protrusion 201, so as to prevent the mounting protrusion 201 from being deformed by the swinging force of the wiper blade 5. In one possible implementation of the present application, the height of the stiffening cuff is about 3mm.
Illustratively, the first mounting hole 102 provided at the first mounting portion 1 at one end in the longitudinal direction of the front wall plate assembly 3 is used as a primary positioning hole, and the first mounting hole 102 provided at the first mounting portion 1 at the middle area in the longitudinal direction of the front wall plate assembly 3 is used as a secondary positioning hole. The two second mounting holes 202 of the pair of second mounting portions 2 are common mounting holes. The windscreen wiper 5 is installed with one common installation hole close to the secondary positioning hole and then with the other common installation hole after being installed with the primary positioning hole and the secondary positioning hole, so that the assembly precision of the windscreen wiper 5 is guaranteed.
In one implementation of the present application, in order to facilitate installation of the wiper 5, the diameter of the first mounting hole 102 is set to about 6.3mm, and the diameter of the second mounting hole 202 is set to about 11.3 mm.
It will be appreciated that the specifications of the blind rivet nut 203, the height of the reinforcing flange, the diameter of the first mounting hole 102 and the diameter of the second mounting hole 202 may be selected and set as desired, and the embodiments of the present application are not further limited thereto.
