9. The portable vehicle isolation fire suppression apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a fire-proof insulation layer and a mounting frame, the fire-proof insulation layer being disposed on an inner wall of the isolation bin by the mounting frame.
10. The portable vehicle isolation fire suppression apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a mobile device disposed at a bottom of the isolation bin.
