Description
Technical Field
The utility model belongs to the field of vehicle-mounted speakers, and relates to a vehicle-mounted door panel speaker.
Background
The door speaker is typically embedded in the door inner panel. For example, a mounting opening may be formed in a mounting plate in the door for fitting a speaker, and a snap hole may be provided at the edge of the opening. During installation, inlay the speaker in the opening, with the buckle daughter card at speaker edge in the mounting hole, form zonulae occludens, convenient to detach simultaneously.
If the sealing effect at the door speaker is not ideal, water may flow along the door glass toward the inside of the door inner panel in a rainy day or during a car wash, so that the water flowing into the door inner panel may be immersed in the passenger compartment through the speaker mounting opening. Accordingly, methods of preventing water from entering the passenger compartment at the speaker have been proposed, including providing a circular sponge gasket between the speaker and the door inner panel mounting portion, covering the mounting film, adding a water guide plate at the tub frame, and the like.
However, existing waterproof structures are mostly focused on the water guiding design of the speaker and the sheet metal parts of the vehicle body (including the inner plate in the vehicle), and mostly neglect the problem of water accumulation in the speaker. Specifically, in rainy days or during car washing, water also can enter into the bonding department of basin and basin frame of speaker and can't discharge, and then forms ponding in the junction of basin frame and basin, leads to appearing abnormal sound, and the basin soaks for a long time and leads to structural failure.
