In some embodiments of the present application, the dryer 100 further includes a blower 30, the blower including an air inlet and an air outlet, the blower 30 being disposed at a position between the heater and the air inlet such that air flows circularly between the air inlet, the drum 20, and the air outlet.
The fan 30 may be a ventilator 30, a blower 30, a variable frequency fan 30, etc. The blower 30 may be disposed at an inlet of the drum 20 (i.e., an inlet side of the heater) as shown in the drawing so that hot air heated by heat generated from the air through the condenser is blown into the drum 20, and the air may directionally circulate in the circulation duct 70.
The blower 30 may include: the motor 31 and the impeller 32, the motor 31 can be electrically connected with the controller 60, the impeller 32 is connected with the rotating shaft of the motor 31, the impeller 32 is arranged in the rear air duct 73, and when the motor 31 is started, the impeller 32 rotates to blow air to the heater, so that the fluidity of circulating gas is improved.
The dryer 100 further includes: a water storage tank 13, the water storage tank 13 can be arranged in the bottom air duct 72 and below the condenser for receiving condensed water dropped by the condenser.
A water valve may be provided below the reservoir 13 for controlling the outflow of condensed water from the reservoir 13.
In the related art, the clothes dryer 100 includes a heat pump system 90, and the heat pump system 90 includes an evaporator, a condenser, a compressor 93, and a throttle element. The evaporator, the condenser, the compressor 93 and the throttling element are connected through a refrigerant pipeline, when the heat pump system 90 heats, the surface temperature of the condenser is higher, the air flow is changed into high-temperature air flow through the surface absorption heat of the condenser, the high-temperature air flow flows into the clothes drying cylinder 20 to dry clothes, and is changed into high-temperature and high-humidity air flow, and then flows through the surface of the evaporator to cool and separate out condensed water, so that the air flow is kept in a dry state, and then flows through the surface of the condenser to be changed into hot air flow to flow into the clothes drying cylinder 20, and the circulation is performed.
During operation of the heat pump system 90, the mass of the refrigerant involved in the operation is fixed, and the mass of the refrigerant involved in the operation, which is the best energy efficiency required when drying full laundry and half laundry, is different, which results in that the heat pump dryer 100 cannot be in the best energy efficiency state when drying full laundry and half laundry, and cannot meet the energy efficiency requirements of people for the dryer 100.
The present application provides a clothes dryer 100 capable of loading different amounts of refrigerant according to different loads.
The clothes dryer 100 comprises a heat pump system 90, the heat pump system 90 comprises a compressor 93 and a throttling element, and further comprises a first heat exchanger 91 and a second heat exchanger 92, wherein the first heat exchanger 91 and the second heat exchanger 92 are arranged in the circulating air duct 70, when the heat pump system 90 operates in a heating mode, the first heat exchanger 91 releases heat into air flow flowing through the surface of the heat pump system to raise the temperature of the air flow, and at the moment, the refrigerant in the first heat exchanger 91 is subjected to a condensation process.
The second heat exchanger 92 is disposed in the circulation duct 70, and when the heat pump system 90 operates in the heating mode, the second heat exchanger 92 absorbs heat of the airflow flowing through the surface thereof, so as to reduce the temperature of the airflow and separate out condensed water, and at this time, the second heat exchanger 92 is disposed therein. The compressor 93, the throttling element, the first heat exchanger 91 and the second heat exchanger 92 are connected by piping.
The dryer 100 further includes a hollow refrigerant storage inside for storing a refrigerant.
The dryer 100 further includes a first refrigerant line 41, the first refrigerant line 41 being connected between the first heat exchanger 91 and the compressor 93, the first refrigerant line 41 having a separate connection point.
The first flow line 42 is connected between the partition connection point and the first heat exchanger 91, and the first flow line 42 is a part of the first refrigerant line 41. When the heat pump system 90 operates in the cooling mode, the first heat exchanger 91 is a condenser, and the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the compressor 93 flows into the first heat exchanger 91 to be condensed.
The second flow line 43 is connected between the partition connection point and the refrigerant reservoir, and is capable of delivering refrigerant to the partition connection point, or receiving and storing refrigerant discharged from the compressor 93.
A first valve 51 is connected to the first flow line 42 to open or close the first flow line 42.
A second valve 52 is connected to the second flow line 43 to open or close the second flow line 43.
The controller 60 is connected to the first valve 51 and the second valve 52, and is capable of controlling the opening or closing of the first valve 51 and the second valve 52.
The total mass of all refrigerants inside the clothes dryer 100 is m1, and m1 is the workload of the refrigerants required by the clothes dryer 100 when the clothes dryer 100 is in a full load state and the operation efficiency is in an optimal state.
In the half-load state of the dryer 100, when the operation efficiency is in the optimal state, the workload of the refrigerant required by the dryer 100 is m2. Note that m2 and m1 are experimental values.
When the dryer 100 is in the half-load state, the controller 60 sends a signal to drive the first valve 51 to be closed and simultaneously drives the second valve 52 to be opened, so that the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 93 cannot pass through the first flow line 42 to reach the first heat exchanger 91, and can only flow from the second flow line 43 to the refrigerant reservoir, so that the working capacity of the refrigerant is gradually reduced from m1 to m2, and the time of the working capacity-reduced process position of the refrigerant is t, during which the compressor 93 continuously operates, so that the refrigerant is discharged into the second flow line 43 by the compressor 93.
After the operation time of the compressor 93, the closing time of the first valve 51 and the opening time of the second valve 52 are not less than the preset time t, the controller 60 sends a signal to drive the first valve 51 to open and drive the second valve 52 to close, so that the workload of the refrigerant is maintained at m2. Since m2 is the amount of work of the refrigerant with the optimal efficiency in the half load state of the dryer 100, the efficiency of the heat pump system 90 can be maintained at a high level.
When the dryer 100 is in the full load state, the controller 60 sends a signal to drive the first valve 51 to open and the second valve 52 to close, so that the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 93 cannot enter the refrigerant reservoir, and the amount of refrigerant operating in the heat pump system 90 is m1. Since m1 is the refrigerant workload in the higher efficiency state of the operation of the heat pump system 90, the heat pump system 90 can also be operated at higher efficiency at this time.
Compared with the prior art, the heat pump system 90 of the present application has a refrigerant storage tank, and the refrigerant storage tank is used for accommodating redundant refrigerant in the half-load state. When the dryer 100 is in the full load state, the required refrigerant has a working capacity of m1, the controller 60 drives the first valve 51 to open and drives the second valve 52 to open, so that the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 93 enters the first heat exchanger 91 and cannot enter the refrigerant accumulator. When the clothes dryer 100 is in the half-load state, the required workload of the refrigerant is m2, the controller 60 drives the first valve 51 to be closed, and drives the second valve 52 to be opened, so that the refrigerant discharged by the compressor 93 enters the refrigerant storage through the second flow pipeline 43, and the workload of the refrigerant in the heat pump system 90 is reduced from m1 to m2, so that the working efficiency of the clothes dryer 100 in the half-load state is enhanced, and the higher working efficiency of the clothes dryer 100 in the full-load state and the half-load state is realized, so that energy is saved.
The dryer 100 may further include: the display may be a liquid crystal display, an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display. The particular type, size, resolution, etc. of the display are not limited, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that the display may be modified in performance and configuration as desired.
The display may be used to display a control panel of the dryer 100 or operation information of the dryer 100. The dryer 100 displays operation information of the operation time of the dryer 100, a drying program being operated, etc., through a display.
The dryer 100 may further include: and the voice prompt device is used for playing voice prompt information according to the program. The content of the voice prompt information may be preset by the manufacturer of the clothes dryer 100, or may be set by the user through a man-machine interaction device. It should be noted that, at least one first extension board 82 is disposed on a side wall of the two opposite computer board mounting boxes 80, and the computer board mounting boxes 80 are balanced in stress.

the air port comprises an air inlet and an air outlet, the filter screen is arranged at the air inlet, and when air flows from the air inlet into the circulating air channel, the filter screen filters the air flows entering the circulating air channel.
9. The clothes dryer of claim 1 or 8 wherein the resistor is a varistor and the filter screen comprises:
a first connection end;
a first bulge part connected to one side of the first connecting end part far away from the rotating shaft of the clothes drying cylinder, wherein the first bulge part is provided with an air hole;
the gas flow blows the first protrusion to form a pressure of the gas to the first connection end, which transmits the pressure of the gas to the piezo-resistor.
