The following describes a rear wheel arch sealing structure provided in the embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 1, which includes a sealing strip body 110, a buckle 120, and a rear door inner panel 130.
The sealing strip body 110 is used for being mounted on the side wall metal plate 140. The manner of attachment of the seal strip to the side gusset panel 140 includes, but is not limited to, gluing.
The first end of the buckle 120 is connected with the sealing strip body 110. The shape of the clasp 120 includes, but is not limited to, an I-shape, an arrow shape, and a hook shape. The connection between the buckle 120 and the sealing strip body 110 includes, but is not limited to, a snap fit or a threaded connection.
The rear door inner panel 130 includes a first mounting plate 131 and a second mounting plate 132 connected, and the first mounting plate 131 and the second mounting plate 132 are inclined, the second end of the buckle 120 is mounted to the first mounting plate 131, and the second mounting plate 132 is used to be connected with the rear door outer panel 150. Materials for the rear door inner panel 130 include, but are not limited to, steel, aluminum alloys, and magnesium alloys.
It will be appreciated that the inner door 130 further includes a third mounting plate 133, the third mounting plate 133 is connected to an end of the first mounting plate 131 away from the second mounting plate 132, and a normal line of a face of the third mounting plate 133 near the weather strip body 110 and a normal line of a face of the second mounting plate 132 near the weather strip body 110 are parallel (i.e., coincident with the Y direction), and in the related art, the second end of the buckle 120 is mounted on the third mounting plate 133 in parallel or inclined at an angle to the Y direction.
In this embodiment, by using the inclined arrangement of the first mounting plate 131 and the second mounting plate 132, that is, the normal line of the plane of the first mounting plate 131 near the sealing strip body 110 and the normal line of the second mounting plate 132 near the sealing strip body 110 intersect, the second end of the buckle 120 can be mounted on the first mounting plate 131 in parallel or inclined at a certain angle along the X direction, so that the distance (S1) between the connection position of the second end of the buckle 120 and the first mounting plate 131 and the connection position of the second mounting plate 132 and the rear door outer plate 150 is reduced, compared with the distance (S2) between the connection position of the second end of the buckle 120 and the third mounting plate 133 and the connection position of the second mounting plate 132 and the rear door outer plate 150 in the related art, the width of the sealing strip body 110 is reduced as much as possible, the manufacturing cost is reduced, the usability and the aesthetic property are ensured, and the experience of the user is improved.
In the embodiment, through experiments, S2-S1 is more than or equal to 10mm, and the width of the sealing strip body 110 can be greatly reduced.
In this embodiment, the first mounting plate 131, the second mounting plate 132 and the third mounting plate 133 are all straight plates, and the first mounting plate 131 is in smooth transitional connection with the second mounting plate 132 and the third mounting plate 133 respectively, so as to meet the design requirement of the inner plate in the vehicle. It should be noted that the lengths of the first mounting plate 131, the second mounting plate 132, and the third mounting plate 133, and the inclination angle between the first mounting plate 131 and the second mounting plate 132 may be designed according to actual requirements, and the embodiment is not particularly limited thereto.
It should be noted that, the second end of the buckle 120 penetrates through the first mounting plate 131, and the distance along the Y direction between the second end and the surface of the rear door outer plate 150, which is close to the sealing strip body 110, is t, and the inclination angle of the buckle 120 mounted on the first mounting plate 131 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, but only t is more than or equal to 3 mm.

In some embodiments, the cross section of the sealing strip body 110 is Y-shaped, and compared with the cross section of the sealing strip body 110 in the related art, the sealing strip body 110 is U-shaped, and thus the sealing strip body is convenient to process due to the fact that the framework is not required to be embedded, and weight and cost can be reduced. The material of the weather strip body 110 includes, but is not limited to, thermoplastic ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, polyethylene rubber, polyurethane rubber, and silicone rubber.
In some embodiments, the rear wheel arch sealing structure further comprises a side panel metal 140, and the side panel metal 140 is in sealing connection with the sealing strip body 110. That is, the sealing strip body 110 is glued to the side wall metal plate 140, so that the side wall metal plate 140 is in sealing fit with the rear door inner plate 130 through the sealing strip body 110 and the buckle 120.
In some embodiments, the sealing strip body 110 is provided with a foam tube, so that the overall structural strength of the sealing strip body 110 is enhanced, the problems of collapse and wrinkling of the sealing strip body 110 are prevented, and the tightness between the side wall sheet metal 140 and the sealing strip body 110 can be further improved. When the door is closed, the bubble tube is extruded by the side wall metal plate 140, moves towards the direction of the rear door inner plate 130 and is extruded with the rear door inner plate 130 to form surface contact extrusion, so that the sealing fit of the side wall metal plate 140 and the rear door inner plate 130 is realized. The material of the bubble tube includes, but is not limited to, dense rubber or sponge rubber.
In the embodiment, a is less than or equal to 1mm, wherein a is the interference between the bubble tube and the side wall metal plate 140. It can be understood that when the sealing strip body 110 is installed, one end of the foam tube is installed on one side of the side wall metal plate 140, and then the sealing strip body 110 is pressed to connect the other end of the foam tube with the other side of the side wall metal plate 140, so that the sealing strip body 110 is firmly connected with the side wall metal plate 140 by utilizing the reserved interference quantity a. In some embodiments, the sealing strip body 110 is provided with a second lip, and the second lip is pressed and attached to the outer plate 150 of the rear door, so that structural deviation of the outer plate 150 of the rear door can be effectively absorbed, the integral structure of the sealing strip body 110 is enhanced, tightness between the side wall sheet metal 140 and the outer plate 150 of the rear door is further improved, and sundries such as rainwater, silt and dust are prevented from accumulating in gaps between the outer plate 150 of the rear door and the side wall sheet metal 140.
