1. An emergency evacuation apparatus, comprising:
the fixing frame is connected with the vehicle body;
the apron board is arranged at the end part of the fixing frame and is positioned at one side of the vehicle body;
the escape ladder body is arranged on the fixing frame and is linked with the skirt board;
the escape ladder body has an initial state and a use state, in the initial state, the escape ladder body is accommodated in the fixing frame, and in the use state, the escape ladder body is positioned at the side part of the vehicle body.

The emergency evacuation apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a locking device including a first locking portion provided to the escape ladder body and a second locking portion capable of locking with the first locking portion, the second locking portion provided to the vehicle body; the locking device locks the escape ladder body in the use state.
3. An emergency evacuation apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the emergency evacuation apparatus further comprises:
the rotary lock comprises a first lock head and a first lock seat, wherein the first lock head is arranged on the skirt board, and the first lock seat is arranged on the vehicle body;
the compression lock comprises a second lock head and a second lock seat, the second lock head is arranged on the skirt board, and the second lock seat is arranged on the vehicle body;
one side of the apron board is provided with a group of rotary locks and compression locks, and the other side of the apron board is provided with another group of rotary locks and compression locks.
4. An emergency evacuation apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the mount comprises:
a main beam;
the number of the upright posts is multiple, and the upright posts are arranged on the main beam at intervals;
the connecting rod is arranged on the upright post, and the connecting rod and the upright post are connected with the bottom of the vehicle body.

the sliding rod is in sliding connection with the main beam;
the stepping assembly is connected with the sliding rod through a transmission assembly; the drive assembly is also coupled to the skirt.

8. An emergency evacuation apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the emergency evacuation apparatus further comprises a handrail assembly; the fixing member includes:
the armrest assembly is arranged on the fixed beam;
the drawing beam is mutually fixed with the fixed beam, and the bottom of the drawing beam is provided with telescopic supporting legs.
9. An emergency evacuation apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the emergency evacuation apparatus further comprises:
a first travel switch provided to at least one of the locking device, the pressing lock, and the rotating lock;
the second travel switch is arranged on the limit sliding groove.
10. A vehicle comprising an emergency evacuation apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
